My car was scheduled for a recall appointment, I called Jordan Ford to explain my check engine light had come on prior to appointment date, I was told no problem, at time of drop off let the advisor know. I picked up my vehicle asked about the check engine light and was told that it was a sensor only that came on, it was turned off and my car was fine, Lie. The sensor light was off however; the light returned after driving the car a few times, I knew this wasn't normal and contacted my heavy vehicle mechanic friend to tell him about this issue. He connected my car to his scanner to see the error code which appeared P1450_00: Unable to bleed up fuel tank vacuum. As it was explained to me, the code can be cleared and not return unless the vehicle was driven. I contacted Jordan Ford to determine what had been done regarding this issue, nothing was recorded nor annotated so basically Ford cut corners and just cleared the code. I was given an appointment for 24 Feb 2023 (Friday) and was told it would take five days for a diagnostic, unnecessary inconvenience to your customers, I declined that date and was given a different date. So, more inconvenience, no loaner car, when they had my car in for service. Never experienced anything like this regarding my luxury vehicles, you get what you pay for... I was looking to repurchase a new Ford Edge but after this lack of customer support, I will consider looking elsewhere as my last purchase with Ford I brought 2 vehicles, Ford Edge and Fusion. Now, I have no trust with this company touching my vehicle again, Lied about the fix and no annotation on the paperwork. And it's been 3 days attempting to speak with the service manager Rudy Kaeo, the representation starts at the top. Left a voicemail and note with representative that I called this morning, let's see how long it takes, Ford do better.

Desired outcome: I would like to have transportation, shorter diagnostic timeframe. Allow mechanic friend to assist Ford with diagnostics/scan at Ford. Request voice recording and documented processes. And waive any diagnostic fees.
