Jomela Properties & Berrada Properties review: They're switching management to Berrada Properties

These property management companies in Milwaukee,Wisconsin like Jomela Properties,Smart Asset Reality and Alliance of Milwaukee LLC are switching to Berrada Properties in Milwaukee,Wisconsin in 2022 causing black tenants to move out of their homes in the Avenues West,Merrill Park and Concordia neighborhoods! Those property management companies in Milwaukee,Wisconsin are irresponsible,money hungry and Don't wanna work and fix thigs! When Jomela owned 2803 West Kilbourn Avenue,The apartment building had mice coming from outside into the garbage dumpster room, The mice came inside tenant's apartments on all 3 floors leaving brown mice droppings on tenants furniture and belongings! Jomela Properties in Milwaukee owned the 3010,3103,3104 West Wells Street apartment buildings until they switched management and Berrada Properties bought those apartment buildings in 2021.That caused mice to come inside those tenants apartments to chase out and to get rid of black tenants so that they can rent to White People and Hispanic People(Puerto Rican/Mexican)in those neighborhoods! The 3103 Wells Street building have rats inside that apartment building,because the garbage dumpster been getting overflowed with garbage by tenants who live at the 3104 West Wells Street who don't use the garbage in the back of that apartment building! When Jomela owned the apartment at 3104 & 3010 West Wells Street, The apartment building did not have no mice inside until Berrada Properties bought those two apartment buildings from Jomela Properties and Berrada Properties brought those mice inside those two apartment buildings that cause them to come out of the radiators to leave droppings on tenants floors,living room furniture,clothes,kitchen refrigerators,stoves and counters! That's why tenants are moving out of their apartments,because of Berrada's Properties craziness & foolishness! Do not rent to Berrada Properties in the Avenues West,Merrill Park and Concordia neighborhood in Milwaukee,Wisconsin,Because they will do you wrong like they did Dalyvette Baez Ramos, Stay away from Berrada Properties! Find an apartment somewhere else and Rent somewhere else in Milwaukee,Wisconson!
