Proton Service Centre in Proton Butterworth 3S Centre - Jelita Menawan SDN BHD, LOT 199, Jalan Bagan Luar review: Poor car maintenance

My car was left at this Proton Service on 22 December 2022 for replacing the tensioner (according to Proton Service Technician), but until 27 December 2022, they did not replace and cheat me, saying that it was replaced.

The Service Manager failed to show me the replaced item and the bad sound of my car still remain. Furthermore, after that, more other sound from other place come out. I am doubt of the integrity and professionalism of Proton Service Centre.

Are this bad/ poor integrity and professionalism of Proton Service Centre applied to all Proton Service Centre or just this PROTON BUTTERWORTH 3S CENTRE - JELITA MENAWAN SDN BHD, LOT 199, Jalan Bagan Luar only ?

Please investigate and revert to me ASAP.
