My complaint is directed to the rental management/leasing for Town Center at Lake Carolina Apartments. I have experienced numerous issues with this property management company to include erroneous charges, lack of response to request on fees, and now I am being ignored. I have documentation to support that a current late fee should never have been charged, and my lease ends 12/31/22; however, they are now charging another month's rent in the resident portal. I have repeatedly attempted to contact the office via email and text message over the last few weeks and I am being ignored. I need assistance and a response to my emails from this company, and the late fee associated with December rent removed, as this is due to the company's lack of handling an issue, and not mine.
