He explained his product plus the benefits of the warranties. He explained his crews process to do the work. He followed through with quality work and no financial surprises. Mr. Scott, his office employees and his workers did everything they agreed to do in a timely and professional manner. The girls in his office were very pleasant to deal with and the roofers were hard working and completely cleaned up the property when the job was completed. John Scott Roofing is an excellent company. We called for an estimate and they came to our house and did a thorough inspection and told us they would be back in a week with a quote. The price was good, all the paperwork was prepared and clear to what they would do. They said it would take about 5 weeks before they could start. They came prepared the area and finished our roof in a day and a half, they cleaned up so you wouldn't even have known they were here until you saw the beautiful new roof. Wonderful company not one worry about paperwork or the workmanship on our roof. I would highly recommend John Scott Roofing. Great job!

Honesty and integrity are are just some of the qualities of this company. They came highly recommended by neighbors, patients, and friends who live throughout Hernando County. From start to finish they were superb. Everything was explained by John, personally, all the employees were courteous and professional. The installers arrived promptly and stayed with the installation until it was finished. Clean up was impressive. Any questions I had were quickly answered. Pictures of the damaged wood were taken and numbered per section so that I could actually see the work needed. The roof looks great and I love the energy efficient skylights. Follow-up of inspection, paperwork including warranty, etc. handled well. What a wonderful experience in comparison to past roofing companies.

John Scott Roofing did a fantastic job! My roof looks amazing. They had the lowest estimate, and John explained the process, gave shingle options, provided samples and explained the warranty. These guys do good work, and don't take you to the cleaners along the way. There was no extra charge to replace my bad wood, roofing deck plywood and 2x4's over $1,000 of wood he replaced at his cost, the quote he gave me, was what he billed me at the end. The workers were courteous and all very hard workers. They arrived on time, and cleaned up thorgougly before they left. They were able to knock my roof out in one day and didn't want a penny until it passed final inspection. They even provide a free wind mitigation report for the insurance company. Top notch company. My neighbor was so impressed by how good it looks, and how fast they knocked it out they called him too. I definitely recommend John Scott Roofing, and will use him for all my future needs. Thank you John Scott. You are the best!
