Elite Roofing & Solar was my project coordinator for my house in [location]. The wind along with some hail damage was coordinated with my USAA insurance coverage. They ensured a timely and complete project completion of the roof, gutters, fascia, and miscellaneous siding repairs. Good job.

After two other roofers would not get back to me, I happen to meet an Elite Roofing sales person. He said he would the local rep give me a call. I had a call before I got back home. The next day they inspected the roof and it was done two weeks later. They did a great job.

We give Elite our highest possible recommendation. They are responsive, prompt, and professional in every respect. We have referred friend neighbors, and family to Elite and all have been equally impressed. The people at Elite, both in the office and on the job, are fantastic.

Elite completed a full replacement of the roof on our home last month. Our project manager, Rick Landon, was prompt, efficient and provided excellent communication throughout the entire project. The crew was friendly, respectful of our property and completed the job in less than 2 days. I highly recommend Elite for anyone needing roof replacement or repair.

Our experience with Elite Roofing was very positive. The two most positive aspects were a) dealing with their representative, [representative's name], who was reliable, knowledgeable, and great to work with, and b) the roofing crew who were exceptionally skilled, efficient and attentive. We did have a bit of confusion dealing with e-mail notices from their office regarding a deposit and payment schedule, but [representative's name] mitigated all difficulties.

After a spring snow storm I found water leaking into my laundry room. Elite came over, determined the problem and clearly explained what would need to be done to fix it. The actual drainage issue was fixed quickly, but due to Covid issues they were not able to get some additional roof tiles needed to complete the repair. They assured me the actual leak was fixed, so it was just a matter of waiting until the vendor could get them the additional tiles to finish out the job. They kept me informed and I am quite happy with the finished job.

We had a leak coming down from a vent in our bathroom. I called CJ roofing who installed the cur. rent roof. They have been purchased by Elite roofing. An estimator came 2 days later and advised us that the vent cover had failed. Snow was coming in 2 days. We were concerned. He called the office, got us a quote in about 5 minutes. We signed the estimate. In the mean time the estimator and his partner, went to Home depot to purchase the replacement parts. The repair was made in less than 2 hours from the time the estimator arrived at our house. THAT IS THE BEST SERVICE WE COULD HAVE EXPECTED. We will use Elite roofing in the future.

Elite Roofing & Solar, salesman, Clayton, and foreman, Mike have been great to work with from the beginning. They made a thorough investigation of the existing roof, explained in detail the components of the new proposed roof system, and were very transparent in their estimate for the new roof. Clayton exhibited confidence and professionalism in presenting the process about how they would do the work from staging of equipment, answering all of our questions, assuring us that at the end of each day that the roof would be sealed in case of rain. Rick Smith Senior Project Manager, did an Outstanding job from beginning, throughout and to the end. He made sure all aspects were covered. He was thorough in explaining procedures and materials being used. There were a few issues after initial roofing was finished, so Rick and the roofing team made sure everything was fixed to my satisfaction. Thank You, Rick, for your dedication and professionalism.
