I bought a ring online paid with Master Card December 10th 2022. I didn't get the ring they sent first time in Decembe it was lost in mail or delivered to wrong address. Had to reorder thd ring got it I love it but it is now turning a bronze looking color and it is sterling silver. I just want another ring no drama or problems. I've only had this one since January 2023.
Desired outcome: Just a new ring same one. No refund. Just deserve a switched out. I've had so much trouble with this place. But I don't want my money just switched out my ring.
