This Attorney is such a crook. He has a client and together they sue people who have done nothing worg and cant afford to be sued. I worked for a company for 5 days, during which I was cussed at, yelled at and called stupid. I needed a job and signed an employment contract stating that I would train the next person for my position if I left. In 5 days I learned nothing! And I am a single mom, going through a divorce and now do not have a job, Im being sued for $3000! As far as Real Estate companies, Resh Realty is the worst known. This man will take anyones money. But an Attorney? They are both awful people!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Our experience was quite the opposite. First time with Resh Realty and the representative Tom Corcorran was spectacular! He followed through with everything we asked as well as found out any concerns with his team back at Resh Realty and in one case brought something about the closing to our attention that delivered a better outcome than we had not considered. Jerry Douglas did a closing for us in 1997 and did an excellent job, both complete and easy. Our second home purchase we also had Mr Douglas as a closing attorney and had a satisfying and easy closing. When we were downsizing and bought our little home, by fluke we had Jerry Douglas as our closing agent again. We are quite happy with his professionalism, attention to detail and willing to educate our concerns with all the legalese. He also completed some Trust finalization for us and in a timely fashion. We intend to us Mr Douglas again next month for another rel estate matter. I am confident he will serve my friends and family the same and have made referrals as well.
Jerry Douglas is a fine attorney with an excellent reputation. This ex employee of Atlantic Coast Property Management and Resh Realty Group, Kimberly Davenport, was simply detached from reality, according to several employees and members of the management team at Resh Realt Group. She was an emotional train wreck that carried her impending divorce in to the place of business to discuss every minute of every day with anyone who would listen. She was unprofessional, and beligerent to management. She misrepresented herself to be a skilled property manager with a wealth of experience. She departed the Firm without proper notice, threw several company files in the trash that caused the Firm financial harm, and then filed a frivolous complaint with EEOC that was dismissed as frivolous by the Commission. She alleged sexual harassment in the complaint, but was ultimately replaced with another woman. Both Jerry Douglas and the President of Resh Realty Corporation are in process of filing cojoined Defamation/Libel suits against the individual.
