I booked a return flight London to Manila 29th June to 17th July
Soon after they changed the time of the outgoing Air China flight, asking if I wanted to accept or cancel. I accepted the change.
On the 11th May I finally managed to get into my account and it stated that it had been cancelled. I am not sure when it was cancelled. Asked Did I want a refund. I said yes.
Nearly 2 and a half months on and there is very little movement in getting my money back - E596.29 Ref [protected]
