Please fix the 3rd Party App Password Generator and advise your technicians on AOL Support to advise customers when they call in for Outlook Support that this feature doesn't work. I called in for technical support and the wiped my IMAP file from Outlook. No files gone and being told "Oh you can go onto AOL and retrieve your e-mails there, is not acceptable.
GET THIS FIXED ASAP - WE ARE RUNNING A BUSINESS WITHOUT OUTLOOK! NOT GOOD!
It is not acceptable to have this feature down for this long. NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS!
Desired outcome: GET THIS FIXED ASAP - WE ARE RUNNING A BUSINESS WITHOUT OUTLOOK! There has got to be someone in upper management that can escalate this upgrade and fix the app password generator.
