Jeffy Lube review: South Portland Maine. 04106

Hi I writing this complaint about the manager zach, I comming to see about auto inspection, he told me last week that I was late that he does inspections from 10am to 4pm monday thur friday, that was on march 31, 2023. 4:03pm, so I told him my wife gets out of work at 4:pm. So today april 6, my wife got home 3:40pm, it take me 2 minutes to get to jeffy so I got there at 3:45pm, he came out to geet me, I ask for auto inspection sticker, he say he is doing his last inspection of the day, I told him it was only 3:45pm. I told him this was the second time i've come here, he told me he does them10am - 4pm, I told him it is not 4 yet, then I ask for his name and last name he said he did'nt have to tell me his last name, I told him I wanted to make a complaint and ask for the phone # of his boss, he said no, I told I was going to make out a complaint on him. I told him he don't close until 6pm. I was the only car in parking lot, he did have 2 vehicles in 2 of the 3 bays, I did get piss off and speed off and he also got piss off I can tell he comes runnning of the building on the other side yelling he did'nt want me to come back, it was because I speed off, I got out of my vehicle, we had words, he just kept saying its all on camera. I said good, I really don't know why they don'nt do inspections until 5pm daily if there open until 6pm that way people that get out of work at 4pm can go to get service or inspection sticker. I did swear a couple time i'm sorry for that. I told him i'll never come back for any service at any jeffy stores again. Thank you.
