I visited the J.Crew at Tysons Galleria today, planning to spend the afternoon shopping for my seven children. I was ready to spend a significant amount on new clothing, but we could not stay in the store because it felt close to 90 degrees inside.

The sales manager mentioned that the store’s air conditioning has been broken for more than 10 weeks, which is unacceptable, especially when temperatures in the Washington, DC area were over 100 degrees today. J.Crew corporate should look into this location immediately and get the AC repaired.

Recommendation: Wait until the winter time to shop here
