Fraud
My package arrived damaged, melted, a sticky mess. I sent them a picture and they refunded my money. The package was attracing bugs, it was nasty. I threw it away. Then they REVERSE my refund. Now they want the package back. They never told me this. They just gave me a refund without me asking. They gave a refund to make me happy, so I do not complain. Then they reverse the refund. So now I have no recourse. This is FRAUD.
Recommendation: Never order from them. Go elsewhere.
Have had them several times. Quality is hit and miss.
The first time we ordered them a few years ago they were good. The orders that came in after were in steady decline. My husband ordered a box of sugar free for my birthday. He ordered them 9-5-23 for them to be delivered by 9-9-23. They didn't even ship them until 10-3-23, and that was AFTER multiple unresponsive inquiries. They never responded AT ALL.
Recommendation: Buy at your own risk, don't be surprised with poor quality. If they show up.
