My package arrived damaged, melted, a sticky mess. I sent them a picture and they refunded my money. The package was attracing bugs, it was nasty. I threw it away. Then they REVERSE my refund. Now they want the package back. They never told me this. They just gave me a refund without me asking. They gave a refund to make me happy, so I do not complain. Then they reverse the refund. So now I have no recourse. This is FRAUD.

The first time we ordered them a few years ago they were good. The orders that came in after were in steady decline. My husband ordered a box of sugar free for my birthday. He ordered them 9-5-23 for them to be delivered by 9-9-23. They didn't even ship them until 10-3-23, and that was AFTER multiple unresponsive inquiries. They never responded AT ALL.

I recently made my first purchase from Jackie's Chocolate and unfortunately, only one out of the three items I ordered arrived in good condition. I tried reaching out to their customer service, but they were not very helpful and simply told me to send an email. Frustrated with the lack of assistance, I turned to PayPal for help and thankfully they were able to assist me.

After my experience with their customer service, I received a response from Jackie's Chocolate stating that the issue was "not their problem." I was disappointed with their response, but at least I was able to get my money back. In my opinion, their quality is lacking and they should take more responsibility for their products.

Despite my negative experience, I do believe in supporting local businesses. However, I would recommend being cautious when ordering from Jackie's Chocolate and making sure to thoroughly inspect your items upon arrival.

So, I gotta tell you about my experience with Jackie's Chocolate. I somehow got signed up for two different subscriptions - one monthly and one month-to-month. I tried to cancel the month-to-month one, but it never happened. I kept getting extra boxes and getting charged $14.99 for shipping. I tried calling, emailing, and chatting with the company, but nothing seemed to work.

Eventually, I did get refunded for the shipping, but I still kept getting the extra boxes and getting charged for shipping. I even paid for some of the product that I didn't even want! And then, to make matters worse, the company started blaming me for the mistake and wouldn't help me out anymore.

I asked them to provide proof of my contact with them, which I did, and they IMMEDIATELY responded by saying that I would now be billed for the refunded shipping and sent to collections! Can you believe that? I was just trying to get a reasonable solution to my problem, and instead, I got threatened with collections.

Let me tell you, this company does NOT support their customers. I've even contacted the BBB about it. So, if you're thinking about using or supporting Jackie's Chocolate, I would strongly advise against it. They're just not worth the hassle.
