Jack Hall Jr Construction is not a good company to do business with. The owner lies and doesn't care when you have video proof that what he said was done was not done. All I wanted was for the cage of our screen porch to be painted correctly, just like it was his house. I didn't want a discount or anything free, just a good professional job. But that's not going to happen with Jack Hall Jr Construction. Whenever a company asks for money up front, run the other way. In this case, it was only $800, so we learned the hard way. After 4 days, the painter, owner, estimator, and project manager all lied. Don't do business with this company!

Work not good. Siding and gutters bad. No permit filed (workers no good for Florida?). Siding falls down. Gutters too wide for Leaf guard. Only one side covered. Warranty ignored by Jack Hall Jr's Construction.

This company finished our screened porch on January 6, 2022 after waiting 6 months for it. We paid with a check that they cashed the same day. But when it rained a few days later, we found out that the roof leaks. We reported it right away and they said they would fix it. But every time it rains, the roof leaks and it rains inside the porch. We can't furnish it or enjoy it fully because they haven't fixed the problem. It's been over a month and we've called several times, but they keep saying they'll come and they don't. They said they would come on 2/2/2022 and didn't show up or call to let us know. We called again and they said they would come on 2/5/2022, but once again they didn't show up or call. We paid them in full for the job, and they should hold up to their words and fix the issue. Their customer service is terrible, and the upper management guys are very rude when we call to ask them to fix their mistake. We paid almost $27,000 for this job, and we expect them to get it right.
