Hired him to do work on my personal home, replace an outside door, resulting in flooding in cellar. Resulting in paying for a professional to come in remove water and clean the rug.

Painted the Back Hall asked for him to address the work he had done, he refused. I hired another professional to repaint the Back Hall properly.

Hired him to install LVT Floor Tile soon after (installation) cracked and split. Had to hire another professional to remove and properly replace the area.

Hired to put install Gutter Guards that had fell off the house. Asked him to reinstall, he never returned to reinstall. I hired another professional to reinstall the Gutter Guards.
