I have bought a chair online on July 16th, 2020 with expectation that item will be shipped in 24 hours as promised in their delivery time, site says item in stock. I have not received anything after a weak and they don't respond to phone, email or chats.
Fraud company should be closed by the authorities to prevent future fraud activities
I have reported the issue to bank.

Same here with my order #54604. I ordered batteries, ITEK took my money via paypal and never sent the order. No answer after numerous e-mails and phone calls. I will report to Paypal.
