Itasca Swampwalker 2400g Boot review: boots falling apart

bought these boot on 10/19/2013 from fingerhut and only put the boots on 6 times to go ice fishing the boots have been kept in the heated mud room in my house when to put them on today 2/1/2014 an the whole top of the boots is ripped open looks like the rest of the rubber is falling apart and all i get from anyone is the boots are not covered for that problem how much more can you do for a pair of boots that are only 3 months old and kept inside my heated house
