Italian General Consulate In London review: Unhelfpul & rude

Absolutely appalling experience. The person at the door was one of the most unhelpful and rude people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The way we were spoken to was completely unacceptable — condescending, dismissive and as though we were an inconvenience rather than people simply trying to access a service.

There was absolutely no courtesy, patience or willingness to help. We were made to feel like we were being treated as though we were animals rather than members of the public.

If dealing with people is such a burden, perhaps they should reconsider whether a public-facing role is appropriate for them. The attitude was shocking and left an already stressful situation considerably worse.
