So, I went to the Isha Institute of Inner-sciences website to see what they're all about. It looks like they offer courses and programs to help people find inner peace and balance. I'm not really sure if that's worth $100, but maybe some people find it helpful. Anyway, I don't think I'll be giving them any of my money anytime soon, especially if they can't even explain why they're charging me in the first place. It's pretty frustrating to deal with volunteers who don't know what's going on and keep asking for the same information over and over again. Hopefully, they'll figure it out soon.

I heard they had an online event with some bookstores and I was interested in getting the book. So, I bought it on May 3 and they said it would come in 14 days. But, it never came. I contacted Isha and they said the bookstore would send it to me. I contacted the bookstore and they said Isha didn't put me on the list, so I gotta contact them. I've sent like 4 emails to Isha and they haven't responded. The bookstore hasn't responded either, even though I sent them the receipt a bunch of times. I just want one of them to send me the book already.

They said I needed OS X and ***, but *** wasn't supported after the first two lessons. So, I downloaded ***, but it made my MacBook freeze and not shut down. I told the volunteers, but they said to reload it or use my phone. I didn't want to use my phone or download *** again on my new *** because I was afraid of another bad experience. So, I asked for a refund of my $75, but they said no refunds. I understand refund policies, but I couldn't access the materials they sold me for OS X and ***. I started watching on January 27th, 2022, and watched a video about Isha Foundation's work, 3 short lectures, and learned 2 yoga poses. However, after about 1 hour and 45 minutes, I was kicked out of the program. I asked why, but they didn't give me a reason. They called me 14 times and sent me many texts, but I didn't answer because I wanted a written explanation. They said they could kick me out if I violated their terms, but I didn't do anything wrong. They said I had to follow certain guidelines, like being on an empty stomach and wearing loose clothes, but they didn't say I could be kicked out if I didn't. I want a full refund because I only got to watch a small part of the program.
