survey online
Hi,
This company has refused to respond to me when I wrote to them months ago regarding redeeming my points. I am sure this company is fraudulent. When I called the New York office phone number, nobody bothered to answer. I tried calling several times.
I want the Better Business Bureau and other government 0ffices t look into this matter. All I want is to redeem my points - about 24000 as soon as possible. I have not heard anything from you regarding your investigation. Are you going to take action against them? I have been participating in their surveys for several years.
I seldom redeem points. This is the time for me to redeem all my points. They cannot deny me of that because they have informed me that all my points can be redeemed. I need you to respond to me as soon as possible. There are far too many scams online. An end should be put into this.
I must re-complain about IPSOS I Say. This company is an illegal entity. I wrote to you about not receiving any response from this company. I don't trust this company at all. Why is the company not replying me?
no response to my emails regarding my login
I am very disappointed with IPSOS ISAY because I have written to them on many occasions regarding my login information. NOBODY bothered to respond to me. I have been a member for at least 10 years. I hardly redeem points for purchases.
It has been for a month now that IPSOS did NOT send me any surveys. Whenever I log int the website, my username and password are not recognized. I have tried to call the New York office's telephone number but nobody answered. I left many messages but no one has replied.
I am not certain if this is a legitimate company. How can I trust them in doing business. I must redeem all my points now. Please look into my case at once.
I am patient and have to be patient. I cannot log into the website. My username and password are NOT recognized. IPSOS I SAY must have deleted my username and password from their records.
I am waiting patiently for IPSOS I Say to reply me. I need them to to let me log into the website and redeem all the points that I have currently.
I need to redeem all the points I have from IPSOS I SAY. They scam me all this while. I have many points to redeem.
Hi,
This company has fooled me for sometime now. I tried to respond to their surveys but am told "OOPS, this survey is NO Longer needed. This went on for sometime. For the past 4 weeks, I tried to log into my account to redeem points.
My username and password were not recognized each time I tried to log in. I called this company's New York office on several occasions but did not get a reply. I need to know why this company is allowed to practice in the US. The Better Business Bureau must look into this important matter.
This is a scam organization. I spent too much time working on the surveys but to no avail. I need the government to look into this serious situation. I want this company to be investigated.
reward
i cashed in my points for the prepaid visa reward and they sent me links through email to "register to redeem it" but every time i click on the links i get an error message saying the page won't load and to clear cookies. i've emailed them with the problem and even attached a screenshot of the error message and they keep telling me to wait another couple days and that they are "looking into it." i don't think i will ever get that visa card.
redeeming points with paypal
I am trying to redeem my I say reward points to a PayPal account. I have over 1600 I say points I need 1530 to redeem $15 on PayPal everytime I try to redeem with PayPal nothing happens. It would be helpful if you could please email or contact me information on how should I proceed to redeem this $15 from I say on to the PayPal account that I own. Not understanding why
Visa gift card
I tried to use my reward card (Visa, value$35.00) at a local Rexall Store.
My card was declined, for an amount less than the total bill.
I called the number on the back of the card, and was told that the card is valid, but that i should pay the total bill amount before submitting the Visa Gift card. This is rubbish. Once the total bill has been paid, and the cash register opens, there is no opportunity to submit a Visa card, the transaction has already been completed.I now have a useless piece of plastic for my reward.
Payment of Redemption
Have never had a problem with them before until now. June 10, 2015, I requested a PayPal payment which should take 3 - 4 weeks. It is now July 21, 2015, and every email I get back from them they tell me to wait another couple of days without a proper explanation. Anybody know why they are doing this?
They didn't allow me to choose the prize
I found the website www.i-say.com. I decided to fill their surveys and get the prize. I filled 7 surveys and choose the prize, but these scammers told me that I haven’t finished the necessary amount of surveys. I filled them again and again, but they haven’t allowed me to choose the prize. They are scammers and liars, so be careful and better don’t waste time on this website.

Hi,
I have been participating in surveys for Ipsos Isay. Sometimes, I can complete the surveys but very often I cannot even get a chance to take the surveys. The message "Oops, this survey is no longer needed." For the past few days, I cannot even log into my own account to redeem my reward points. The message, "Denied access to this portal" appeared. I wrote to Ipsos Isay but did not get a reply.
Whenever I encounter a problem, I wrote to them and I get an answer. This is not the case for the past few days when I cannot even log into my own account. The message, "Your password and email address are invalid". I am very disappointed because I have been participating surveys. I have accumulated a certain amount and I want to redeem all my points. Why are they doing something illegal to me?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Yeah Buddy, It's a big scam and you cannot even unsuscribe from this website...
No response to emails or phone calls
At the end of survey's they give you a chance to play a "poll predictor" game where you win a various number of entries into drawings for prizes each drawing is 2 to 4 weeks away. There is a box labeled "accumulated points", and you can spread them around the different drawings or use them all on one. I have always used them all on the next upcoming drawing. The problem is most of the time when i submitted another survey on the same day or within a day or two and returned with more entry points to "The Poll Predictor Game" looking at the very same drawing that i entered my points the last time, there is sometimes no record of them at all and sometimes there is some but not all of my entries. So I tested this by leaving points in the "Accumulated Points", not playing them at all, and they too were gone. So I emailed Ipsos with this concern about 8 weeks ago, with zero response. So I emailed them again, and again nothing. I emailed them a third time and nothing. So I went online and looked up there offices, which are all over the world and recorded The San Francisco number and The New York phone numbers and called San Francisco first and they answered but told me i should definitely call the New York office with my question, as "that's The US main office". I called New York during business hours and couldn't get a receptionist but left a message and my number three times. No response. They say in the email form; "Send us a message and we'll get back to you within 2 business days." Really?! The panel seems otherwise very well run and I want to continue as a member but I'd like to be convinced they're more than a machine.

Well I'm glad I'm not alone with problems with IPsos I Say survey. I worked at building up my points for over a month saving for something special. I was just 50 points away when the surveys stopped. Then one day they " adjusted " my points and deducted my points 2 times each for 950 points leaving me a - 450 in the hole. I was blown away I sent e mails and tracked down a phone number but no response to e mails and the phone number was no longer in service. I'm very upset and just sent off another e mail. I feel I' m being scammed and the thing is I've been a member for quite a few years. I just deserve an explanation.
im having a similar issue with my emails not being answered. i got an email on june 15th saying i was one of the monthly click draw winners and to reply with my contact info and stuff and that a week after replying i would get a catalog of prizes to choose from. well over a week later - still no catalog. so i emailed them. no response. the initial email said that if they dont hear from me by the 29th then my prize would be given to another person. so i emailed them again on the 28th. it is now the 30th and still no response yet again. so now im worried i wont get my prize even though i did everything i was supposed to do and in a timely matter - all because of a screw up on their end. i am NOT a happy camper.
My complaint differs from above in that I very frequently do not get points I've earned added to my account. I spend 75% of the time writing email tracking down my already earned points as opposed to 25% of the time taking surveys. This should not be. Ipsos is also very lackadaisical about answering my emails no less fixing the problems. An outside entity should be closely monitoring their operations.
Cannot get help with my password, links provided will not function. Very frustrated. PLEASE HELP!
I, to, am having trouble getting my password issue resolved. The link provided to me is defective/does not work. Am ready to contact corporate office.
