I received the following no good survey related complaint reply from Ipsos-ISay dated Sept 4/25:

We’re sorry for the inconvenience!
We have checked our database and we’ve reached the necessary number of respondents from your demographic group for this study, so it’s unfortunately closed now. We are sorry that you couldn’t complete it, but we’ll have another survey available for you shortly.

No compensation, no goodwill gesture whatsoever but all pure irresponsible excues for Ipsos ISay not paying me for a fully completed & submitted survey that had itself caused me near 2 X longer to complete than the claimed ''21 minutes'' for nohing. I had wasted over 2.5 hours of my time, complaining & writing time all included as per my Sept 3/25 complaint email sent to Ipsos-ISay ''I fully completed this 21 min/125 points alcohol survey #1208531 by 3:25pm EST Sept 2/25 & the 125 points were not received''
