Transfer from Airport
I and my brother booked transfer from Kiliamanjaro airport from Intrepid Travel. When we arrived at airport at around 1am on a flight from Amsterdam on KLM there was no one there to transfer us. We did not speak Swahili. We had to book the transfer ourselves as best we could .They refused to give us a refund for the transfer and when we arrived at the hotel Intrepid had not booked the rooms for us.
