Honestech Software - vhs to dvd software
I purchased Video002 USB 2.0 VHS to DVD software with connector. I installed the software then they asked for the Product Key which was nowhere on the supply paper or disk. So I got onto the Honestech website. They gave a Product Key but when I entered it it came up with the words: "Incorrect Key" So I cannot use the product provided. Hopefully I can be sent a Product Key that works. Michael C.
