Bogus company. They just took my money and ran. They said they had a buyer so I "advertised" my wyndham timeshare with this bogus company. No surprise absolutely no results. They said they had a buyer and told me all the things I wanted to hear until I gave them my credit card number. Now all i get is the run around. someone needs to investigate this fraud. I dont know how they operate in Fl. I called the bbb and they said ITN was not suppose to charge my card upfront. Wyndham doesn't know this company and is looking into ITN. Is there anything I can do? Please let me know. We need this money.

WOW! I came on here to check out this compay and Eileen Luyando and it'is all true! My fiance worked for Eileen Luyando and Eileen stole $4100.00 from her. She did a stop-payment on my fiance's check of $2800.00 and did not pay her her last paycheck of $1700.00. She really is a theif. I would recommend anyone who comes in contact with her over the phone or offered a job with her DO NOT do business with this theif! She will steal from you!

Me too! I got a call from her this week too. Thank you for sharing your experience. I am also going to call Wyndham to complain about her. She is so aggressive and what she says sounds too good to be true. Why would anyone want MY weeks when others are practically giving their weeks away. This company should be shut down or get rid of liars like her. I will tell all my friends to beware of this company. They have a D rating with the BBB.

I am so glad I read these reviews. I received a call from Eileen Luyando the other day promising me that she could rent out my RCI weeks that I have with Wyndham. I then called wyndham and they told me that they had had several complaints about this company and this Ms Luyando and they were going to speak to their attorneys to get a cease and desist on International Timeshare Network. What a bunch of garbage. She wanted $2495.00 from me! Do not go with this company. According to Wyndham, they are aggressive sales reps until they get your money and then they never rent your time.

I was scammed too by International Timeshare Network, (ITN) not International Timeshare Vacation Network (ITVN). They called me first in California and even contacted me in the Philippines. I shelled out $998. in Nov. 2011. I tried to recover my payment after a few weeks and disputed it w/ American Express, but AMEX only investigated and after a while charged me the whole amount. I never had any offer or call from them since then. I tried to calling and sending them emails but nothing has ever come of it. DEFINITELY INTERNATIONAL TIMESHARE NETWORK IS A SCAM! I would absolutely join and sign any complaint and charges if there is one. I HAVE ALL THE DOCUMENTS AND EVIDENCE TO PIN THEM DOWN! Let's do it ----so we can put a stop to this SCAM and do a great favor to their future victims.

H.M. Strait - The same thing happened to me. I signed up with them at the beginning of July 2012. Every time I called for status all I got was "We're working on it." I then got a call from someone named Eileen who was very short with me and told me that my sales rep was no longer there and I should not sign up with Timeshares By Owner. I did research on ITN and found nothing but complaints and am not happy with their customer service at all. They haven't brought me any offers. I then looked up Timeshares By Owner and found that not only have they been in business for over 14 years, but they have a magazine and a radio show and are members of the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce. I will cancel my contract with ITN and go with TSBO later this week.

I signed up with International Timeshare Network only to be pestered by their office to tell me that my sales rep was no longer there and that I should not sign up with any other company. I have not seen any action with International Timeshare Network at all. So why shouldn't I sign up with another company. I am sorry that I paid them. I will contact my credit card company to get my $1000 back from them. I don't know what game they are playing but they are apparently not a reputable company.

This company stole $1895.00 from me and never did a thing for me. They claim that they will sell your timeshare within 90-180 days. That is a lie! I never got any offers or any results whatsoever. This company is a fraud! They say they are licensed and bonded which mean absolutely nothing. They put your ad on their website and that is the last you ever hear from them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Anyone who does will lose their money.

International Timeshare Network is a scam! They take your money and never do a thing for you. Eileen Luyando is a liar and a fraud. She told me I would have my RCI weeks rented out and then she did nothing for me. At first she called and called and called until I gave her $2500. After that she called me to sign my contract. Once my contract was signed I could never get a hold of her. I kept getting a very unfriendly girl in 'customer service' who kept giving me the same answer. "We have not offers yet." This company should be ashamed of themselves for lying to customers like that. I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

I agreed to pay the upfront fee because I was told by the sales rep that ITN will guarantee I am paid for my rental. They claimed if my timeshare doesn't rent in 90 days, I will receive my full rental price paid by them. That's what I get for believing in something that is too good to be true!

I am from British Columbia, Canada. ITN ([protected]) is calling to sell my time share. After reading all above I am really confused. Can any one tell what is the best way to rent my timeshare.

I am a licensed real estate broker and I do not charge any upfront fees.
I only make money once it has been sold and I am very fair on my commission.
Unfortunately most properties sell for approximately 25-35% of what they were first purchased for..
If you have any questions about your ownership email or call anytime.

Wow, who to believe? Ive seen several of the same messages above from mr sacremento joe franks posted everywhere. They didnt even list your property mr franks? It appears your name is also ray on several other sites? Perhaps just another competitor of xyz company or ex employee with too much time on their hands.

Fraudulent timeshare companies in florida are shut down within weeks of opening. This company has been around awhile, advertises on tv, google, bing, youtube, facebook and twitter. Ive checked that out myself and they are very active. Quite interesting to see a fraud company working to sell timeshares when they are a fraud.

And I guess autotrader is a fraud too when they dont sell a car? Its marketing and advertising, not buyers waiting on the line. If a company calls and says they have a buyer...report it.

I'm glad that I checked this out. I received a call today from International Timeshare network and they asked if I would be interested in selling my timeshare. I said maybe, and then the pressure began. They said my timeshare was worth $21, 000 - $24, 000, which is far more than the real value. They said it was a 100% guarantee they could sell immediately. When I said I would let my attorney contact them, they hung up.

Ive been in contact with them recently. I am shocked upon reading about this type of news of the industry and ITN. I had my property listed and it was sold. Im not sure if you guys had a bad property or poor price but I did everything I could to get mine sold. Just like a car on autotrader. Ive listed with them a few times for my sequoia. It never got any traffic and I paid quite a bit. Does that mean they are a scam? No. ITN from what I can see does a lot more than any other place. So I vote no scam here...

I believe them to be scam artists. I work in the "business" of selling vacation ownership for a name brand developer and the price that was quoted to me for my unit was more than the developer is selling it for.

I too was scammed by International Time shares. They guaranteed sale within 180 days saying they have never had one go that long. I have not had a single email, phone call or inquiry an it has been 6 months. It is the same old story every time I call.

International Timeshare Network is most definately not a scam, I have personally viewed their commercials on more than one MAJOR TELEVISION NETWORK. Although there are a lot of companies out there that are not legitimate, International Timeshare Network is most definately legit. At one point, there was another company called International Timeshare Vacation Network who was directing their victims to the legit International Timeshare website, and the legit ITN informed the authorities, and pressured the company into refunding customers with the threat of a lawsuit. International Timeshare Network does extensive advertising using TELEVISION, INTERNET, SOCIAL NETWORKING, and numerous other outlets. They are a RECOMMENDED COMPANY by the Online BBB and have received an A rating with the prestigious Better Business Bureau. They are members in good standing of ARDA, the American Resort Developers Association, the industry watch dog and are members in good standing of the Orlando/Orange County Convention Center and Visitors Bureau. All of these organizations, do much more research than the people who file false complaints because they do not get the result they want. What a world when a company can have THOUSANDS OF SATISFIED customers, yet a few are unhappy and come on sites like this and slander a GOOD COMPANY. When doing your research, ALWAYS GIVE MUCH MORE WEIGHT TO THE FACTS and things like an A RATING WITH THE BBB, over the few people (supposedly, most times they are posted by unscrupulous competitors) who come on anonymous sites like this and post unfounded "complaints". Check out ITN, not ITVN, for STATE COMPLAINTS, and you will find they have none.

I've worked directly with their company, and they're definitely not a scam. They do charge an upfront fee, but it's definitely NOT $500.00. I believe you were scammed by another company. They take no less than $1295.00. As someone who's dealt with them directly on multiple properties, they make you pay upfront because they can legally take NO money from you once you receive an offer! I know this first hand. I received an offer for my time share, and received that exact amount. You're not paying for a listing, you're not paying for them to just post from your website. I've been there when they've contact me directly with a buyer and we've made negotiations that way. Selling a time share isn't like selling a house! They're always professional, and I've never had a problem. I think you guys are referring to another company posing as ITN.

Today I spoke with someone from the Attorney Generals office in Orlando, FL and they are looking into this company. They told me to Google International timeshare Network Scam. I am charging back my credit and attaching a copy of the complaint I filed with the Attorney Generals office. Times are tough and I need this money back. I cant afford to be scammed out of my $495.00. They have not sold my timeshare and I have list for sale for pretty much free. International Timeshare Network just needs to give me my money back. Everything that they told me was a lie. Has anyone seen any of their Ad's. They claim they advertise everywhere, but no one I have spoken to can show me one.

I definitely signed up with ITN - International Timeshare Network.
[protected]. http://www.intnltimesharenetwork.com/ I have spoken with their worthless customer service many times and they say the same thing. Lower the price, blah blah blah, the market is slow. When I signed up 3 months ago they said the market was hot. Someone needs to look into this company.

First of all if you go to International Timeshare Networks website you will see that there is another company named International Timeshare Vacation Network posing as ITN. They were telling people they had buyers for the timeshares and directing them to the leggit company ITN's website. It caused a lot problems and that is why there is a warning disclosure on their website. ITN is one of the most leggitimate companies out there and they have an A rating with the BBB. So next time you need to check out all the info before paying upfront and also if anyone tells you they have a buyer for your timeshare then BEWARE! International Timeshare Network is not a scam they are leggit, unfortunately you got caught up in a bad situation with ITVN. I hope you were able to get it all resolved.
