We are absolutely devastated as we paid for flowers to be delivered on 1st June for my mum's birthday and Interflora reassure us that this would be done. Nothing! still no flowers and my mum spent her birthday in the care home without receiving her birthday flowers, no response from Interflora or any refunds! I have sent 3 emails and made a phone call, no one responded. Today is the 2nd June and still no flowers, we paid £51 for this! We will not recommend this service to anyone we know, absolute disgrace of a company!
