I have had a terrible experience with this company, and am working several high authorities get things resolved. Basically, this company didn't fulfill the contract as promised and have been avoiding all of my phone calls to try and resolve the matter. I would like to have others join in with their accounts, in hopes that this could lead to a class action lawsuit and teach this shady, unethical company a lesson. I urge anyone who has been ripped off by this company to contact their state's attorney general office as well as the local BBB. For Pennsylvania, please visit http://www.attorneygeneral.gov/ to file a complaint with the Bureau of Consumer Protection. Please don't let others have a chance to be ripped off! Remember to document all conversations with these company representatives.

Bill, I just suffered Install America fraud on a $20K shower. The job was not complete but they "Ordered" loan full funding and got it, despite my explicit instrauction to SVCFIN.com "The job is not done, do not fund". SVCFIN said I am not their customer, Install America is, but I am financially responsible to make payments!?!#&@)(&@^% IF YOU HAVE A CIVIL SUIT GOING, I MAY JOIN IN... The AG won't do anything, they told me they don't have time to investigate every builder someone complains about. I am suing them personally.

Signed a contract for 3 windows, two sliding doors an exterior door and a storm door, in February. The install started in April. Its now the end of July and ONE sliding door is finished, all others are either installed improperly, not finished or the wrong window/door was ordered and I'm waiting for a replacement to be provided. The installers have been here twice and both times I was left to clean up their mess including nails and staples in my driveway! I have been working patiently with several people from this company and every one of them make promises and do not follow through and when I've had enough,, they become belligerent and condescending with me! Trying to contact the owner now before I call the PA attorney general and file a report with the BBB. Buyer beware with this company!
Now seeing massive complaints of fraud online, I expect the owner knows full well and condones their practices. And he knows nothing will be done unless folks do their own, or joint suits against the company.
I am also dealing with a bad situation that gets worse by the day. I will also be reaching out to the PA Attorney General and the BBB. A large project here that has been going on since April. Several windows and doors being replace.. and after several by their circus train, ONE door is correct, all others were measured wrong, installed wrong, ordered with wrong orientation or the installation is incomplete and just a crappy job! Not sure how this company can show so many positive reviews when my experience is so horrible and the people I have been working with are liars and one step below a sleazy used car salesman!

This is exactly what I'm in the process of doing! Amazing, same as you I just started filing complaints with PA Attorney General, BBB, etc. regarding these crooks! Install America based in Mohnton, PA, I can't express in words how disgusting these criminals are, and it makes me so angry! I will do everything in my power to keep them from ripping off people of their hard earned money, leading them to go down a very stressful road that is worse than any nightmare.

I totally agree! They trying to ripped my mother in law off! They came out and said we were approved then slapped roof on then broke contract before payment was due. They try to say bank backed out loan and now wants double the money she can't afford. Then couple days later then they wanted all money for roof! They put lien on house. I don't see how that legal at all! Terrible to do this to 87 year old women! We have didn't people helping us to straighten this mess out! I will help and join in with class act suit! Please keep me posted! These crooks need stopped!
