Instacart Shopper review: Worst customer service ever

I placed an order 24 hours in advance and almost two hours past the latest delivery time i called and they said they didn't assign a shopper and have no idea if i will even get my order that day. No apologies no refund no credit offered. Just absolutely terrible service. The driver they assigned way too late refused to understand or speak english. I spoke to a supervisor even and she said her name was lauren but half the time wouldn't even speak she just sat there waiting for me to come to my own conclusions. Horrible is a kind way of putting my experience.
