Insignia Seminars Abu Dhabi review: Fraud offer by Insignia Management

Back in December 2011, I was contacted by a person called Dr. Jamal Al Salahat who said he was a representative (CEO) of the Company called Insignia from Abu Dhabi (www.insignia-trg.ae). He told me he was very interested to offer me a position within his Firm as HSE Instructor because he had important Clients belonging to the ADNOC Group interested to get some HSE Instructions for their personnel. So, I appreciated his contact and requested from him more info about it. He asked me to prepare some training presentations (different topics) involving Mandatory (H2S, PTW, Confined Space Entry, Working at Height, Rigging & Slinging and Firefighting) and some Non Mandatory Training courses such as Accident and Incident Investigation and Analysis, JSA, BBS and others. He requested me to send to him my CV and support documents and I did it, I sent him 45 files as support documents, he came back to me saying I was accepted by his Client and that we were ready to go because we had to begging the training for your personnel by May 2012. He offered me a daily tuition fee of $350 USD per training day, accommodation, food, travel tickets from Venezuela to Abu Dhabi and after the end of each cycle a ticket to come back home, I bought my ticket after he promised me he would reimburse me after my arrival to AUH, He also requested me to send him important Mandatory Training presentations such as H2S, FF and others and I did it. When I was ready to departure from my Country HE JUST DISAPPEARED, I called him and he did not answer to my call and mails…just disappeared like I said before.
NOW HE IS USING THE MATERIAL I SENT TO HIM SO AS TO HOLD HIS DIFFERENT TRAINING SESSIONS TO COMPANIES SUCH AS ADNOC, NDC, QATAR PETROLEUM JUST TO MENTION THE MOST IMPORTANT. This is a classical Forge of info!
