We have all our work done by innovative basement authority. The are trustworthy, knowledgeable, detail orientated. Plain and simple they do the job right! Gregg conducted our last sump pump inspection, couldn't of asked for better service. He was friendly, knowledgeable and did an outstanding job. His communication was top notch!

Andrew and Ben did a great job on my garage floor and outside concrete repair. I was amazed with the results. They were very professional and took time to attend to details. They answered my questions and provided information about the process so I understand the problem and the solution they provided. I would highly recommend this team.

Thank you for the good service provided by Alex and Jan this week in the repairing of my basement wall. I am moving after living in my home for 47 years! Alex and Jan were sensitive to this being a very stressful time for me. They were kind, caring and competent! When they finished the work, everything was picked up and clean. They did excellent work.

I had my crawlspace encapsulated. The entire experience was amazing! The company was prompt, upfront, explained the job thoroughly and overall exceeded my expectations. The decrease in drafts in my home was immediate. The installation crew, Isaiah Smith, Steven Williams and Greg Harris, were absolute professionals and a pleasure to work with. I would absolutely recommend this company!

Brian came for an estimate. After a few questions, told me the job was not what their company did. He could sell me some expensive stuff, but would not solve the problem long term. He spent some time helping me diagnose the problem and offered an opinion which was helpful. I appreciated his honesty about not being the right company for the job. I would call them back if I needed their services/products.

We just had Innovative Basement Authority over to do annual maintenance on the drain tile and sump pumps that they installed - David Kottke our service tech was very professional and informative. He called 1/2 hour before showing up and educated me on what to do to keep things flowing correctly and was very efficient and respected our time. He went above and beyond to fix a loose pipe that needed attention.

Apr 22, 2021: Derek Smith and Mark Davis did excellent work on my driveway and front walk area. They re-leveled the entire area, caulked all the joints, and cleaned up after themselves. I am very pleased with what they did for me. Shane Peterson had come out to bid the job last Fall, but it was delayed by cold weather. As a result, Shyloh scheduled me early in the Spring season. Jason K from Fargo Innovative Basement Authorities inspected our basement wall of our bi-level home and gave us a free estimate which was that we didn't need any work done! Typically companies take advantage of inexperienced homeowners and make them do unnecessary work, but he didn't! We are so appreciative of his honesty that if any repairs are needed in the future I will only call Fargo Innovative Basement Authorities to do it! Thank you so much for your help!

Ryan L came to our house on a Sunday. After extensive rain, we had water seepage in our newly carpeted basement. He started in the basement, tested for moisture in the walls, looked at the concrete under the carpet, and took extensive notes and photos. He then went outside and thoroughly assessed the problems. We had laid down plastic/tarps to keep more water from getting in. He helped to properly place it and then discussed our options. Ryan's care, concern, knowledge, and honesty were top notch. I would not hesitate to call him again.

From start to finish the project worked out the way I needed. I had just a water mitigation system installed but Aboude, who was my inspector, looked at all of the needs of the basement and we're going to finish one project at a time. Everyone communicated great and if anything, made multiple trips out to my home. The crew also explained what they were doing, showed me their progress and cleaned up after. This was probably the first experience as a first time homeowner that worked out better than I expected. Thanks to everyone at Innovative.

From start to finish our experience with Innovative Basement Solutions was great! I called for a free estimate and someone came out right away and walked us through our options and gave us a quote the same day. Also, I want to give a shout out to the crew that came to our house to do the project. Eric, Tevin and Josh were very professional, personable, and helpful. While they were working at our home they made sure to keep the work area clean during and after they were done working! If there was any questions or concerns I had they went out of their way to make sure I understood what was going on and would happy with the end result. The end result looks very nice and professional, and best of all my days of cleaning up a wet basement are done!

Good communication and detail oriented throughout the process. Lots of education before signing the contract to help me better understand and connect the need to the the answer. Another construction team (not in the business of basement water protection) had suggested going about our problem a different way. However after reviewing with Shane, I began to understand the problem and solution better. The team that came out was excellent. Will was the foreman, and seemed quite knowledgeable. He explained to me, and later my partner when they returned home, the aspects of the project, why what was done, etc. I was AMAZED to feel the cinder block soaked behind the sheet rock, replaced relatively recently by a previous home owner. Orian was also on the team, and another guy (forgot his name.) All of them were very nice to have. Also they did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. We have recently had a flurry of work done on our home, and not all servicers are interested in treating your property as well as you want it to be treated. There was nothing sloppy about Will's and his team's work. Will and team did a great job. Detail oriented. Tight and right.

We are very disappointed in Innovative Basement Authority, our foundation was sinking and floors were lifting in the middle of the house so we called for an estimate to remedy the issues. The estimator looked in the crawlspace and said we needed to raise the house and install helical piers to fix the problem. We trusted and agreed for the work to be done. After the work was done the kitchen cabinets moved and were damaged so we called the company back and would adjust the piers, after they lowered the piers the cabinets were damaged and everything was worse. The techs looked outside and said it was the rim joists in front of the house that was sinking but the installed piers could still help, the installed piers do not even touch the joists. After $10,000 dollars, we waited a couple months and asked for the company to come out again, this time we were told by Ryan that the work was installed in the wrong place and the estimator should have looked closer. Ryan promised us that they would remove the helical piers, reinstall them in they front of the house sinking foundation and refund the wrongly installed work and credit it to repairing the foundation in the front. We finally received a quote to install new piers in the front of the house for another $13,000 with no mention of removing the already incorrectly installed piers. After several attempts to call the company we have been told we are not sure we can honor this promise because it will void the warranty (what? it was improperly installed). after several weeks of no communication we asked to speak to the owner and was connected to Danielle, we left a message and she called us back right away and assured us that Ryan would call us, seven days later nothing, I called and left two messages for her today, I was told she would be in by 9:00 am and again nothing. Since this promise to make it right we have been ghosted by this company, no communication and lies, at this point we just don't know what to do.

So far no response from this company regarding our services provided last year. Hopefully this gets your attention! We were promised by our sales rep Shane, that you had the perfect solution to our driveway shifting issues. After spending thousands with you guys, we have seen zero change, and still shifting like crazy! After contacting your office multiple times with no response or resolution, we just want our money back at this point. Next stop ComplaintsBoard.com Clearly Shane sold us ice to an eskimo with our issues, and find out from our original installer that poly fill will help raise a driveway but never ever fix a heaving winter driveway.
