Excellent Customer Service! We would definitely purchase a house plan from AD if we ever built again or built a pool house. Thank you and we have been enjoying everything about our new home.

AD has been our go to resource for house plans since we started building homes. Our clients are able to navigate their massive, ever growing catalog, with the greatest of ease due do to their well laid out website. Their customer service has been exceptional from the start! .

Got house plans through Architechtural Designs and they were modified by ReDesign HP. They did an excellent job meeting all of our needs and were very pleasant to work with. I would 100% reccomend their services. Shawnna was my point person on the design and was able to get changes made quickly and with good communication.

I have purchased multiple plans and built several homes from Architectural Design's website. My experience has been nothing short of spectacular. Their plans are always up to date with current trends and well designed. As a builder, that helps me to stay current and relevant in an ever-changing market. Five stars all the way!

The AD company was great to deal with. Before I purchased they answered the phone and all my questions about making changes. Shipping was very quick and customer service could not of been better. We had a great experience working with AD. Customer service was awesome and our contractor was able to easily make some changes without any issues. Loved how they followed up with us on the progress of our build. Their website is great to browse through seeing the pictures of the homes that have already been built. Would definitely recommend AD to anyone planning on building.

Once we selected a house plan through AD, we were connected with an architect to handle the modifications we were looking for. Our communication with the architect and the company were outstanding. All messages and emails were returned quickly. The cost for the modifications and the final design were quite fair. Our builder was very impressed with the final plans. I would use their company again without reservation. I would also recommend them to others.

The AD team has been responsive and engaged since we purchased our first house plan. From questions prior to the purchase to conversations after the build was complete, the entire team communicates well and is so very nice to work with. We've completed our second build from an AD house plan and we've the same experience with both. We've never had an issue, but if one was to arise, I have no doubt it would be quickly resolved. The team is efficient and friendly - we'll definitely be working with them again!

We absolutely LOVE our gorgeous new home! The plans were perfect for us... absolutely NO changes were necessary. We even kept the outside of the house as close as we could get to the inspiration photo, including the color, dark green, and stone. My favorite part of the home, and reason for choosing the plans, was the access from the garage to the laundry room where we can drop our dirty yard work clothes, enter through the master closet and into the master bedroom/bath and we won't track any dirt throughout the house. It is a dream layout for someone like me with OCD LOL!

I think lack of understanding/experience was our biggest issue, we thought the drawings would be complete enough to take to the county and submit but we were sorely wrong. When we reached out to ADI, we were informed that we would need to take these to an engineer to "stamp" the drawings to match our particular situation. Once we sat in front of an engineer did we learn how incomplete our drawings were (for our location and IRC requirements) and they would have to be "corrected" before they would even look at them. The drawings did not meet the current IRC nor did they meet the energy code, wind load and seismic load for our location. We are having an architect redraw the plans using the correct codes and unfortunately, this with the engineering is going to cost us close to $7,000 additional. The drawings from ADI did give us the look we wanted so it is not a total loss but we were told that the "drawings/sketches" were worth about $500 and not the $2,000 that we invested in them. We were not ignorant, we called and spoke to people as well as sent emails so it wasn't like we went into this completely blind, we did our due diligence, it was just that we should have spoken to an architect or designer FIRST. We are not having buyers remorse, we just wished we would have been given a little more warning that we were buying pictures more than plans. Just a word to the wise, make sure you know what you are getting into PRIOR to spending money for "plans", you may end up spending many thousands more than you expected. I reached out to ADI and while polite, we were told (paraphrasing here) "you should have done more research first". We will know next time that if something seems too good to be true, it probably is.

We spent $2500 on a set of plans only to have to send it to an engineer and architect to draw it properly. Everyone we sent the plans to said that it was horrible and we got ripped off. We wanted to change to 2x6 and it charged us to do that but then on the plans it says instead of 2x4 use 2x6. Charged me 350 for that. No room dimensions, no nothing. These online site are a huge rip off. Save your money and print off the pic and take to a REAL architect.

We had an awesome experience with AD House Plan! We purchased a house plan (from AD House Plans) and had the original designer make modifications. AD House Plans were so easy to work with and responded quickly! They were such a pleasure to work with. We had an Instagram page (Collier) so our family and friends had a place to see our progress and AD House Plans were very active and helpful throughout our custom build. We highly recommend them if you are building a house!
