I went through InmateAid.com to purchase a Letter package, Postcard and Picture package and 4 magazine subscriptions for an inmate. The inmate has not received anything I have sent to them. The website once logged in to the account I have shows the date purchase and items that were supposed to be sent and nothing has arrived to the inmate. This site scammed me out of $130 and there is no way to contact anyone about this issue

Claimed loss: $150 loss from fraudulent company InmateAid.com

Desired outcome: I want my money back from this scam company
