Great customer service. They called me to make sure I ordered the right injectors for my truck because of mid year changes. We verified my VIN and build date. I did order the right ones, but I was very pleased that they wanted to make sure. Great price for what I was getting and I received them when promised. Would recommend to anyone to get their injectors from Injectors Direct. Thank you.

I ordered new injectors as a kit for a 5.9 Cummins. The injectors arrived to my house in less than 36 hours. Upon inspection the kit was found to be new and complete. The #4 injector line was out of tolerance and one call to Injectors Direct yielded a solution to the problem. Simply return the line with the injector cores for a replacement. I highly recommend Injectors Direct and will certainly use them again.

Order process was easy, shipping was super fast because the company I work for needed these parts in a hurry. Customer service was excellent because during shipping I was shorted some parts and they jumped right on it and had my parts to me in a timely fashion! First time dealing with this company and I have to say if the company I work for needs anymore products like this in the future, we will be buying from injectors direct!

Great company to do business with. Very helpful. The customer service representative helped me with all my questions about what I was looking to order, and helped me place my order. Shipping was 2-3 day from their location in California, my package showed up to my doorstep in 2 days! Sent my cores back the day after I installed the new injectors, crossover tubes, and lines. I ordered an injector replacement kit for my duramax that came with new Bosch injectors and refurbished lines at a price competitive with a lot companies reman injectors. The package was securely wrapped with a quick delivery. .I went with refurbished lines to save money. They all were in great shape except 1 which had a bend that was pretty much impossible to see but enough to make it not fit. I called on a Wednesday and they had my part at my door early Friday. I couldnt ask for more than that. I would do business them again without a second thought.

I was getting ready for a big road trip, and had a fueling problem with my LMM Duramax. As I was tearing it apart, I found some crushed fuel lines. Due to timing, I had already ordered injectors. I replaced the crushed fuel lines, and it solved 80% of the problem. Given other time constraints, I needed to return the injectors - and it was really no problem at all. It's scary to complete transactions of $1,000 or more, but they were just wonderful to deal with. I look forward to getting to the bottom of my fueling problems when I have a little more time, and utilizing more parts from injectors direct to do that.

BUYER BEWARE! Installed injectors and found one to be bad after I paid to send it to be tested. I paid shipping to send the bad injectors back. They bragged about their failure rate to be 1/10th of 1 percent when I called to discuss the problem and they told me it would be highly unlikely that it failed. After their testing they did indeed find it be be bad. They did credit me for the injector but I am out 40 hours of shop labor, testing and shipping because of their faulty injector. Manager Sean laughed at me when I asked to get credit for all injectors because of all the hassle and proceeded to argue with me that credit for one injector was sufficient. I would not recommend dealing with company!

Injectors Direct is a stand-up company in my book! I ordered a fuel contamination kit and received it in 4 business days. That's shipping it from California to West Virginia! I had it shipped directly to my repair shop that is 2 hours away from me. I received a call from my mechanic and he asked if there were supposed to be injectors included with the kit. I told him there should have been and that I would contact Injectors Direct to see if they were being shipped seperately. One of their team told me that there was just the 1 box and that the injectors should have been included. After 1 day of investigating I received a call saying they were shipping another set of injectors. I would definitely do Business with Injectors Direct again, and I highly recommend them!

I wish there were more stars to give them. I have a 2003 Chevrolet 2500HD 6.6 Duramax that was emitting white smoke. I shopped for hours looking for the best deal and the best product. I found both at www.injectorsdirect.com. I opted for the LB7 INJECTOR REPLACEMENT KIT �" BOSCH ® NEW First off the web site was extremely easy to navigate through. I had an additional question and called the customer line. I wish I could remember the names of the two gentlemen who I talked to. They were awesome. Very helpful and informative of their product. The first representative I talked to even tried to find a way to save me money on what I was purchasing. After ordering the items online I received the product in three days. Product was shipped out the same day (I ordered late in the day to boot). I received the product and it was perfectly packaged. Injectors and the install kit parts were installed a few days later without a hitch. Truck runs perfectly and NO MORE WHITE SMOKE ! I highly recommend www.Injectorsdirect.com

Purchased a set of 8 injectors and fuel lines from injectorsdirect.com. The mechanic rejected one of the 8 fuel lines right off the bat and purchased a replacement. 2,000 miles later 3 of the fuel lines started leaking. I'm not talking a drip. Diesel fuel is pouring out from under my engine. I am stranded 2 hours from home on a Friday night. I get the truck to a dealer that is closed due to it being about 6:30 in the evening. Luckily my son and a buddy where traveling towards me and I was able to get to my destination with them that night. The dealership replaced the 3 fuel lines so I was able to pick up the truck mid week. Mechanic told me there was nothing wrong with the install it was just bad fuel lines. I called injectorsdirect to see if I could get some compensation for the lines. They said I could send in the fuel lines for inspection. If they were found to be defective then they would send replacement fuel lines to be installed. I told them I needed the truck immediately and that was not a viable solution. They then told me they could possibly refund $10 to $15 for each fuel line. But that would be outside of the warranty and may not happen. I will cost nearly that much just to ship the fuel lines to them. So I will not be wasting my time doing that. Also, if they determined there was nothing wrong with the lines they would charge me $50 for each line and the cost to ship the lines back to me. Nice. This company has a lot of great reviews so pretty surprised to get this type of response.

This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered 8 remanufactured injectors for my diesel. After paying a mechanic to install them, it turned out that 50% of the injectors they sent me were bad. I called and was told that it was impossible, they have never had a bad injector sent out before. After paying to have all 8 tested, I sent the faulty injectors and the test reports for warranty. After receiving and retesting my injectors, I was told that there was significant buildup and after cleaning they were fully functional. They then proceeded to blame me for the buildup. I was then told that they would make a one time exception and send 4 new injectors out. I took the new injectors to my mechanic for install. Then found that one of the injectors had a broken coil connector. This place should not be in business. I will never do business with this place again, also I would warn anyone that is considering ordering from them. Poor customer service and refusal to take responsibility of their poor quality control. I under stand exactly what these guys that are having problems are saying. these people act like their products are prefect and nothing can ever be wrong with their product .Its ALWAYS the customers that has just spent all their money on these perfect parts. I purchased injectors for my truck ,one went out . The mechanic was told to move it around to see if the problem followed and it did so it did replacement time right? No now send it to us so we can check it and prolong you getting back to work. Or buy another one and after we "CHECK IT" we will reimburse you for the part. What about the labor I have to pay to reinstall the new injectors?That should be included too . To be truthful I really don't trust ANYONE testing their own equipment. To come back and say ITS OUR PARTS, HERE'S YOUR MONEY BACK.Especially when they're on the phone bragging about the low failure rate. Like its not made by human.All your parts are not prefect ,some will be defective.
