SICK puppy

Totally scammed by Marci and her Mother Marie!!! I trusted a breeder more than Pet stores but they have failed to prove me wrong, its all THE SAME, BREEDER or PET STORES. The puppy was diagnosed with stage 2-4 heart murmur and umbilical hernia. I was tricked so well to not look at the vet health certification because it did not have to be signed so I failed...
