White batches and calcium deposits on utensils and inside the dishwasher.inefficient dishwashing, spoilage of the utensils .Recent complaint was registered on 11/09/2024, but it was only attended after 8 days later.
This issue has persisted for nearly three months, But IFB service team has been unable to resolve it. Instead of addressing the problem, they have justified the poor performance of the dishwasher and shifted the responsibility elsewhere.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the recurring issues of this dishwasher and the substandard service I have received. My investment in this product and the AMC has proven to be a complete waste of time and money.
I have lost confidence in both the quality of IFB dishwasher and the service provided. As a result, I am considering legal action against IFB company.
