Idprosup.comFRADULENT CHARGES

I had charges from 3 different companies and www.IDPROSUP.com was one of them. There was a charge of 31.98 that they tried to take from my account I have acquired 200.00 in NSF fees from my bank. People watch out if you are trying to put in for a payday loan on the internet that is where these bogus companies are getting your information from. The other charges came from www.PDSSUP.com and NMB platinum...

    I agree with the complaints issued on this company. I also discovered a charge to my account for the same amount of money. I did investigate a little further and discovered that this company per se is for Identity Theft protection. I didn't realize that I had even signed up for this service and furthermore did not even realize that I would be paying for this. I have $100 dollars in my acount of NSF fees. I did go to the web site to cancel this. BEWARE! I spent five minutes trying to cancel and they kept trying to keep me by promises of reduced payments and how good the offer was. Just keep at it. I just got my cancellation notice so hopefully there won't be any more unauthorized charges!

    I have just recently went through the exact same thing with this web sit IDPROSUP.com and PDSSUP.com. I immediately informed my banking institution that I didn't have a clue to who or what this was. After an investigation, my account was credit and all the charges reversed. I was advised by my bank to close my account because they could debit it at any time.

    I think we all should be extremely careful of what we do online especially with our bank information. I have decided to no longer do any purchases online and just start paying cash for anything I want. That way my information is not out on the airways. I hope this helps someone.

    I have applied for a loan online and I got charged for this identify theftprogram for 31.98. I called them to cancell services, they put me on continuous hold. I was not aware of signing up for any other service. They did not refund money. Iwas was left with NSF Fees for this withdrawal. Please very careful whe n applying for any loans online.

    www.IDPROSUP.com can be reached on MSN .com, I even had live chat with JOSH. This Company is really a company doing business as a I D THEFT protection company. They aggreed to cancel the order they say I gave them. But not the money they allready have taken from my account, They say I have I D THEFT PROTECTION, for one more month. O'BY the way the way they got my information is thur me was I tried to make a loan online with what I thought was a real loan Company.     I just discovered the charges on my statement!! I also just got banged with a $89.90 charge from just a phone number 888-215-9796. I don't know if this is connected, but I am sure going to find out. I have been lucky that this hasn't overdrawn my account yet. I too actually did get a payday loan, but also played around trying to get more money.. hey it worked once right?? Now I have to go thru this crap. Watch out people they can get you too!!

    I had money (31.98) withdrawn twice out of my bank account without my consent and it has made overdrawn on my checking account and I am not happy. I am making a complaint about this company, they give an 866 phone number that no one ever answers, it is bogus. Dont let this happen to you, watch out and be aware.

    I have also been a victim of this site. This is a outrage. I am a young single mother of three and I work very hard for my money and it is very unpleasant to see that someone has violated my privacy and taken my money without authorization....something must be done.

    I work at a Credit Union and have had members calling me about this also. If you bring this to the attention of your bank/CU within 60 days, they will refund this money. You do not need to close your account if you don't want to, ask to have a permanent ACH stop payment on this merchant. I may cost you (our CU charges $25.00 for a stop payment). If you incurred and NFS charges, ask for them back, usually they will (I know I would :).. I know some of these "loans" sound enticing, but... if its sounds to good to be true, it probably is. Use you financial institution for a loan!

    I cant afford this rigth now there was $14.95 taken from my account alone with $31.95 please return the money back to my bank account. I am going through a separation waiting for my once divorce is final. Could just send me the check please I'm having going thr0ugh difficult times right now.

    I am livid about this garbage. i had two transactions in the same situation. i have gone through hoops to get resolved. i will do whatever is necessary to STOP this from continuing. I have filed complaint with Federal Trade Commission and hope to get some answers to proceed in any way necessary. The two addresses used were

    This is just one of the many pitfalls of getting a Payday Loan anywhere.

    Those of you that are being charged NSF fees by your financial institution should talk to them about refunding the fees plus the unauthorized entry to your account.

    Under the ACH Rulebook, unauthorized entries can be returned within 60 days from the initial debit. That means, you get your money back for the debit, plus the NSF fees. If your institution doesn't want to refund you the money, let them know they are in violation of the NACHA ACH Rulebook. I'm sure you'd be more than happy to call NACHA and inform them as to what is going on.

    I know all this because I work for a credit union and I have returned 3 of the IDProsUp debits from different member's accounts.

    The NACHA ACH Rulebook strictly says a financial institution MAY NOT charge a stop payment fee for an unauthorized entry. You might want to go back and read it.

    I TOTALLY AGREE WITH ALL YOUR COMPLAINTS THIS IS REDICULOUS OBIOUSLY THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN. ALSO IF YOUR APPLYING FOR A PAYDAY LOAN YOU DONT HAVE MONEY IN YOUR ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE THIS SERVICE OR ARE LOOKING FOR ANY OTHER MONTHLY DEBT OR WHATEVER REASON. I CALLED MY BANK ASAP WHEN I SAW THE CHARGE AND WAS TALKING TO THEM ONLINE AND THEY CANCELLED IT BUT IT IS NON REFUNDABLE. CALLED MY BANK STOPPED THE PAYMENT, COST ME 20 BUCKS TO STOP THE PAYMENT BUT ID RATHER PAY MY BANK 20 BUCKS INSTEAD OF PAYING THEM THAT CO ANYTHING.

    This is my first time signing for a loan online. And i thought loans have no charge fee, bu t i look at my account and see a charge of (31.98) and i'm not happy. I'm a college student and i don't need fee's coming my way. Please some one help stop this.

    I also received an unauthorized bank charge from www.IDPROSUP.COM for $31.98 and from www.PDSSUP.COM for $6.78. I also had no idea there was a charge for any unfinished transactions while trying to get an online loan. SHOCKED.

    These complaints are legit and should be taken seriuos. For those out there you must contact your state Atty. Gen. and file the complaints with their office. Further legal action can and will be taken by them. Give them all information you can possible to assist them.

    This company or companies should be stopped and held accounable for fraudulent actions!!!

    I too experienced the same thing! I went to the website to cancel, and also called to cancel...they still continued to bill me and take money out of my account. Today I noticed it again, I called my bank, and they are investigating it,and have closed my account. They can put a stop payment on any future charges, but if they change the dollar amount by just a penny it will go thru, so I elected to close my account. the funny thing is that I went online after being on hold for 30 minutes on their toll free number to their LIVE support..and said that I had cancelled but was still being charged. they said they had no record of me cancelling and asked for a confirmation number. That I never received, nor did I ever receive an email confirming. So I went back to their site while I was on with this person and cancelled again...now if it was already cancellled why would it let me cancel again?? I tried it again from antoehr computer here at work...same thing, it let me cancel again. NO confirmation number. I told this guy he was crazy and they were scamming people...and even copy and pasted this site to him...he was agruing with me, and said I could still use the site for a month...I said, WHAT SITE...there iS NOTHING ON YOUR SITE. He told me what the benefits were regarding the supposed Identify theft protection...and I asked if it included protection from them..haha..so I then asked him why they repeatedly asked for a confirmation number that they didnt provide, and he provided me with the ACCOUNT numbert that came up when I put my email address in to cancel...I called him on that, I said, so my cancellation number is the same as my account number....then he said ...your account was previouslyh cancelled...OH>..now it was cancelled...what are you going to do about my money?? to which of course he said he cannot refund....big RIP OFF...

    I get disability once a month. This company has withdrawn $31.98 out of my account at wachovia 3times and iI have received 3 $35 fees from the bank as well. They won't refunf me or stop this company from taking money out of my account without my permission. there is two other companies doing it also. They are U.S.A. Benefits for $19.95, PDSSUP.COM 2times for $6.98. My bank has charged me $35 fees for each one of these tranactions. What do I do?

    If every one of you that is complaining would have your bank send the transactions back as Unauthorized, it would be the most help. Also, sign an Unauthorized form (usually called a Written Statement Under Penalty of Perjury by banks/credit unions). Have your bank always return IDPROS as Unauthorized.

    If a company gets at least 2% of transactions returned as Unauthorized, the company will be looked at by a few companies that deal with electronic payments.
