Ideal Image UL Therapy

I was contacted after leaving a message regarding UL Therapy and Botox, by the sales person Liza Sandoval and she went into detail about how the treatment would help with my skin on my neck. She discussed that it was a painless procedure that required no downtime and would work great for me. I then paid the $250 fee for the year to get a free treatment and receive the discount for the services and $1700 for the two treatments to my face and neck. After I got to the facility the so called nurse took me back and proceeded to tell me the procedure was painful and wanted to know if I had been told that, I replied no I had not been told that. She said lets see how you do most people are able to get through it, and WOW I could barely sit still it was so painful, worse than anything I've ever recalled going through. I was not able to complete the whole procedure that day and was in a good amount of pain. The girl told me that I should try to get some pain killers before my next treatment to help. I looked up the procedure to find that most doctors do prescribe pain meds and relaxation meds for patients because it's painful. I was shocked that they do this to people with nothing to help. I cancelled the next appointment and contacted the salesperson who refused to answer me for days. She finally got back to me and told me she would credit my card or account so that I could use the money for something else and then she never followed through with that and stopped contacting me. I have filed several complains by phone and email all to no avail. Some lady names Mary was supposed to call me back 2 weeks ago and I've heard nothing from them. I called again this week and was told Mary would call within 24 hours and that has not happened. They take your money and don't give you full details about what is going to happen. Please check the BBB website and other filed complaints before you even think of trying these guys out. It's a total waste of money and endless time trying to get money back.

Desired outcome: I just want my money back for the treatment that I did not receive. I would like them to actually do what they say they will do and stop playing games with me.

Went on 09/03/2021 for cool sculpting on my inner thighs. The nurse that did it had me sitting in a chair and the device was not able to make full contact. The procedure was very painful and did absolutely nothing. I went back three months later for after pictures and the nurse that took them said there was absolutely no difference and that it should not...

Ideal Image You sign contracts that basically say you are gonna get screwed out of a bunch of money if you change your mind about receiving a service

You are made to prepay for services and they will NOT refund you if you change your mind and decide the service is not for you because what you signed when you paid is a contract. Avoid this place at alllll costs they are scammers. The results were not good of what I did not even want to get after having second thoughts. They only care about making money by ripping people off. Please stay away and find a reputable Doctor who performs amazing work and does not basically say “ oh you signed a contract you are screwed” to

a huge percentage of their clients. This company has terrible reviews everywhere. AVOiD!

Ideal Image Haven’t received all my treatments already I pay for

I opened this account before COVID hit and was From that moment until now my appointments have been cancelled and additional many time we received calls of cancellation my and my sister appointments because provider were sick or wasn’t able to see me.due to the pandemic I was never rescheduled within the time frame. Now I have lost out of 10 more sessions each part my body and for sister 10-11 more sessions that I pay for her armpit laser treatments . I do not believe I should be penalized or pay more what I just pay when is something out of my control and we should still have our laser treatment sessions available i trying to speak with the manager via email it been 2 month still haven’t received a email I also reach out customer service stated they will reach out to me 4weeks pass and still haven’t received any calls. Now I’m not sure if I should have a lawyer to help me with my case.

Ideal Image Filler in the Nasolabial Folds

I went to get my fillers at the Ideal Image center in Canton Baltimore on 3/29/2022. The young lady who was the Nurse Practitioner injected the filler into the sight after utilizing the alcohol prep wet numerous of times instead of letting it dry before injecting the sight. The sight started burning very badly. She continued to inject the sight. (As a nurse I was taught to let the sight dry completely before injecting, which means not to fan it with your hands or use any guaze) The results of this turned out with me having two large scars with scabs on my face where she injected the fillers. I called and spoke to someone and reported what happened to my face. The staff asked me if I would come in. I stated sure. I came in and the same nurse practitioner who injected the fillers where there along with the regional preceptor. They both saw me and tried to figure out what happen. The regional director states to me that she was going to call corporate to see what avenue they need to take. I stated to them that I have had fillers in the past and never had I had an experience such as this and to me both the NP and the Regional Preceptor did not have a possible solution for me. I asked what is the possible solution or should I contact my attorney? The NP apologized over and over again I stated I understand you apologized but your not the one walking around with your face looking like this. The resolution they came up with was for me to call or come in to follow up for the scabs and marks on my face. I asked them what were they going to do about the marks on my face and they said they were going to write a prescription for bleach cream.I am embarrassed to go anywhere looking like this.

Ideal Image Questioning legitimacy of company & mission statement and business practices

I currently am in contact with a representative from Ally Financial regarding a "loan" for a procedure (coolsculpting). Basically, I want my appointment cancelled and the loan to not be processed.

I called to check on the process, etc. I have emailed and emailed and the only institution I have received responses from is Ally.

Lori was a great salesperson and although I heard some B.S. from her, I was thinking that this procedure would be an option for me to have clothes fit better. There were the typical sales statements such as... "your story is just like mine, I lived your situation"... then the most obvious sales pitch "I can only do this with one person per month and I want to do this for you because I can feel..."

I then recall the due date of the loan to begin May 5th, now finding out that it is the first week of April! Now I may have heard wrong, but the point is... I want the appointment cancelled and I want the loan cancelled.

What is the gimmick that it takes two seconds to get Ally on the bank when you are zooming with salesperson and then it can take up to 30 days or whatever to ensure I am involved in a financial war?

I need to have this resolved. I do not want to engage an attorney or the BBB of whom I have been reading regarding your business. I am generally a nice person, but now I am feeling like I am out on an island by myself and am going to be ripped off. Please... cancel the appointment and the loan. Thank you in advance for providing resolution immediately.

Desired outcome: refund Ally , ensure cancellation of appointment on May 4th Maple Grove facility. no financial repercussions be mine. t this to be resolved immediately

Hi!

I’m currently pending a refund to my cc card and am working with a “ Ally”

They charged me before I even had a appt date and then came back stating that my area has no appts avail at all.

There are two ideal image locations near me. It’s crazy.

I just want my refund asap. Hoping you’ve had some resolve.

Hi, Jen. I just want to tell you that I have never experienced an organization with such horrid business practices. I can't even use the word ethics. I am not going to go into all the horrific things they did, but I am getting resolve.

Definitely work with Ally, ask for a Joshua. He helped me and was very kind.

Contact your attorney general's office. I did, at the recommendation of my attorney and I am experiencing some resolve and know they will have a positive outcome for me.

Just one experience with this ludicrous institution, after my loan was resolved and my appointment cancelled) which was not an easy activity, either, I get a phone call.

There was a "gentleman" on the phone and he asked me whether I wanted to pay credit card or my bank card...long conversation in which I learned: According to Ideal Image, even if my loan is resolved, I signed a service agreement indicating that I will pay Ideal the full amount that the procedure would have cost if I had it. ..He was hateful and demanding on the phone. I came home and contacted my attorney immediately. This experience has been the worst and I recommend we all learn to love our bodies as God created and stay away from "miracle workers".

Keep me posted. Contact your Attorney General. They love this stuff! By the Way...I never signed the SA they sent me. The moved my signatures from the bank papers...

Ideal Image Coolsculpting

Coolsculpting results were minimal, price was higher than competitor. Initially recommended to do six applicators on the first visit and four on the second visit. Compared to Associated Skin Care it looked like a better value, $3795 versus $500 per applicator. At treatment the nurse instead decided on four applicators on the first visit and two on the second. The results were poor. The treatment they wound up choosing was $795 more than what the competitor would have charged. Yet they insisted we had used up the treatments and would have to start over and pay for any additional applicators. I typed and provided this information to give Ideal Image a chance to make it right but received no response.

I paid $ 11,744 .00 for 28 treatments the lady i spoke with there can't said this should cover everything I was not happy with the results I am very angry with the whole set up my first visit was super uncomfortable not the treatment itself it was how many hours they had you try and stay in one position for an certain amount of time and than the treatment itself the girl was only there for 2months and the application she applied to my stomach felt like it was going to fall off and she just poked at my stomach and didnt massage it so inquired with the the l dy who made my next app.and she said maybe she fe l uncomfortable but,why ? Isnt that her job ? she quit before my next appointment I was not happy they said I would see a huge difference with in 3 months well I have 2 treatments left and I don't see really to much of a difference not nothing really at all.and I am thinking about suing them for scaming me

Ideal Image BBL

I paid $600 for 3 sessions of BBL. After paying this they give me a appt in 3 months. I demanded my money back the minute they took my money. After talking to person to person to person they finally came up with a session at 5pm. How convenient right. They barely touched my skin. The light was way to low and I said this a few times with nothing said back to me. Of course it was a shut me up..

I went again 4 weeks later and yes I could feel the light and my face went thru the process. I went into Cambridge MA and paid $2500 for a HALO procedure my face looked so good after the process ..I have a picture of my beautiful skin BEFORE I went in for my 3rd and final BBL .My face now looks like nothing was done at all. I have no idea what they did but whatever they did to my face looks like the day after my first BBL. I have been fighting with this place for 3 months now and they told me after going back and forth for 3 months they say have a nice rest of your day.Absolute waste of time and plenty of money

Desired outcome: If there is a class action suit I want to be involved.

Ideal Image Purchased cool sculpting. Have not received service.

I purchased cool sculpting prior to Covid. I’m an RN who deals w high risk patients. I’ve not felt safe to go for my service until now. I called to schedule and am told I can’t receive the service I’ve fully paid for because it’s beyond my contract date. There was a life threatening pandemic happening!

I AM LIVID.

I’ve spent literally years putting my life on hold to keep my cancer pt father in law and my high risk patients safe by NEVER going out besides groceries and gas.

You have my money. I have nothing. No one reached out in any way to say the date was approaching. I will seek legal council should this not be honored.

Desired outcome: Just perform the service I’ve already paid for.

Ideal Image Package services

If anyone is interested in joining a lawsuit?About 6 months ago I started receiving back to back phone calls from Ideal image after researching laser hair removal and lip fillers. I did a consultation with a rep via zoom. Paid almost $2000 for a "vip" package that was supposed to include a free service of my choosing, discounts, and so much more I was promised. I got my appointment for my lip filler and botox. At the appointment I was told I needed more and had to pay more money. After that I called several times to make the appointment for my free VIP service I paid $250 for. After about a month I got an appointment only for it to be canceled 3 days prior by them! I was put on some waiting list. Its been 5 MONTHS. I have also called several times to get additional services that I have paid for. They never have any appointments. Its a scam. Nothing but a scam plain and simple.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund of my $250 and my $595 I have basically on hold for a services that were never rendered.

Ideal Image Refuses to provide refund for services never rendered and cancelled membership

Had a consultation with Ideal Image over Zoom on 3/1/22 and was told they could get me in for an appointment the next day 3/2/22 for services. Purchased the membership and services in advance based on this. The location contacted me an hour before my appointment and said they would have to reschedule me and they were 2 months out - typical bait and switch. I immediately requested a full refund, and was told they would open a case and get back to me. When I called corporate customer service the incredibly rude and unprofessional representative said someone would review my case and get back to me in 3-5 days to get more information. When I asked what more information was needed she didn't know; when I asked to be transferred to someone who would know she put me on hold for 5 minutes, came back and said no one was available, and hung up on me. I have waited the 3-5 days with no response. I have sent emails, no response. I have called every day this week and sat on hold for 20 minutes or more, still nothing. This is the worst company to deal wit

Ideal Image Laser Hair Removal

I have been a client for 12 years getting the treatment to the same area for that time. at my last visit the informed me that I never paid the correct amount for the area being treated... 12 years. They denied my service at that visit. It took 2 months and dozen of phone calls to finally get someone from the cooperate office to reach out...Ben ext 1243.

Ben did not apologize and called me a liar after a 30 minute phone conversation I insisted on getting my original contract to help decision this case. He agreed and told me to give him 7 to 10 days. After waiting a month I started making phone calls and never got an answer and that's where we stand now 3 months after that event. I need help.

Desired outcome: just want the treatment that i had been recieving for 12 years

Ideal Image Lies regarding services

Even after you pay them thousands of dollars, you only have 16 months to finish your series. During my initial consultation, I was told that a MVP package was being added which would ensure I would be at the front of the line when it comes to scheduling. What Ideal Image does not tell you during the consultation is how long you have to wait to get your initial appointment as well as the following visits. I asked corporate to look into the video of my consultation to explain why their staff member stated I was given the MVP package regarding scheduling when this isn't something they offer. All the corporate member kept repeating was that she will send me the contract. Please take your business and money somewhere else.

Ideal Image Botox, fillers, and ultherapy appointments

I was told Botox would be 250 when I got it done the nurse said 500! My question is why wouldn’t she tell me this before the procedure to see if I still wanted to go through with it. Especially since I spoke to other nurses regarding the prices and told them I would need to save $250 if that’s how much it would cost. She did the procedure way too fast did not perform it correctly missed spots on my forehead and just was very very inaccurate with her services. Lip fillers didn’t even enhance my lips like I was made to think instead they ruined my lips! I have two blisters that won’t go away I was told that’s normal, it’s been months and they are still on my lips! Cheek fillers did NOTHING to change my look! They lie about the prices and deals, try to scam you into signing documents for other services, and cancel your appointments at last minute especially if it’s for a free ultherapy session, which members get for free. Customer service is terrible and the nurses are always in a rush and the procedures were painful and not what I wanted even remotely! I am writing to the attorney general

Desired outcome: Some type of compensation for all the money spent so far. Also refunded for the bogus Botox charge which was beyond a lie and misleading! I would love to see them closed for good!!!

Ideal Image Service and Auto Renewing Membership that was never discussed.

Ideal Image emailed me on Jan 18th stating I would be charged $250 for a recurring membership fee that was never discussed. I called them and cancelled immediately. Today on March 4th, they charged me anyway. I called again and was told a case officer would have to call me back within 5 business days. On top of it all their cool sculpting is a scam. They charged me for an area/cycle that I did not end up needing and refused to refund. This place is a complete scam.

Ideal Image Free consultation, services not rendered

My wife signed up as she saw the free consultation and wanted to know more. But she entered my credit card information, and it went downhill from there. My wife is Korean, not 100% with her English and I'm currently deployed to S. Korea while she is in UT. I was not aware she did this as she thought if it's free, then she did it on her own. However, after signing up and talking to the rep, she decided it was not for her. The nightmare then began; I was charged $1850 when she never had any services performed. After I discovered the charge, she called them, and the credit card company and they assured her that I would receive my money back. I received it back, but, now 30 days later, I'm charged again. She called you con artists and was given the complete runaround. I have contacted you on FB Messenger and emailed the rep who she dealt with saying that she would get her money back with no problems the first time but have not received a response. We have both called the credit card company and I was given the money back on 28 Feb, then taken away, then given back, then taken away, 4 payment adjustments on the same day. I called the fraud department who contacted Ideal Image and they said that my wife signed the paperwork, and she would not get the money back. My wife previously explained to them that she made a mistake, and because of her lack of English, she didn't understand what she was getting into. My wife NEVER should have entered my credit card information which it is her fault. But she explained it to them I did get my money back initially. But now, Ideal Image refuses to refund my hard-earned money. I'm over here in S. Korea doing my part defending our country and do not need this type of stress right now. Why would Ideal Image not refund my money when my wife DID NOT receive any services?

Ideal Image Laser hair removal

I would like to talk to someone about treatment for my daughter.

We sign contract on 4/10/2019 and having issues with treatment.

Can someone from corporate help the company is now asking for additional funds because the treatment that they provided originally did not work we have a lifetime membership and they are now asking for additional funds to continue treatment and I have a complaint why should I give additional funds for a treatment that has not even worked asked for additional comp to to compensate they stated why should they give more companies when they already know that the results ain't working I said then give me my money back because I already paid and as you can see that she needs additional time come and they are not providing it they want me to pay an additional month

Ideal Image Picosure

I paid thousands of dollars for tattoo removal that was extremely painful, wrongfully represented, and completely ineffective, it not only did not remove my tattoos, it destroyed them to look horrible but still there and completely runied. I can not even continue additional treatments as described in the original contract. This complete transactions at minimum should be refunded for my cost. I am not even calculating the future expenses I will collect as I continue trying to fix what is now a bigger problem than what I started with, completely disappointed with this entire experience.

Ideal Image CoolSculpting

On January 12, 2022, I received one CoolScupting treatment

from Ideal Image located in Scottsdale. After one cycle, I was

supposed to receive another on the other side of my abdomen.

However, I began to have an adverse reaction which included

nausea, intense pain, vertigo, and lightheadedness. The

technician and I decided not to continue the next cycle based on

my reaction. I would not feel safe receiving this treatment again

and I feel it would be a risk for my health and risk of potential

injury. It could damage my heart health or I could injure myself.

After I started a case with the client support center. There was

no transparency or communication on the status of my case. I

reached out several times with no response. Nobody called or

emailed to tell me that they could not refund my money but only

"swap services". I do not want to swap services because I did

not sign up for other services and I do not wish to do business

with a company that is unethical. How can you in good

faith medically say that it would be safe for me to continue with

CoolScupting? I could not even get up. From the very beginning,

I was misled about the service. The person who did my

consultation said that it would practically be painless. That is

misleading and this whole process was unethical.
