I C System review: Wrong debt collection information

I recently found a new debt collection issue opened Feb 27, 2023 from I C System for $196 from Comcast Xfinity. I resolved this issue between April and June of 2022 with Comcast/Xfinity, which was a Comcast double billing issue in the first place. I confirmed today with Comcast/Xfinity that I have no outstanding balance or issues and all was resolved in June, 2022. I have not received any direct contact from I C System (almost 3 months since they opened issue). I filed a dispute on line with them, but you cannot get through to a person. There is no valid reason for opening this debt collection issue when resolution occurred over 10 months ago. They seem to be trolling through their old files without confirming if debts are valid.
