09.02.2022 I booked a ticket for Ivan Blank (08.05.1983, passport number [protected]). We recieved mail on [protected]@hytex. am the booking ID [protected] February 9.

Then, on february 9 we recieved another mail, which was info that Ivan's flight changed the time. E-ticket I received only 12.02.2022 at 16:19 o'clock, while the flight was at 13:55 o'clock in 12.02.2022. Ivan Blank wont be allowed to flight. IN the airport they say he didnt have ticket.

Ivan Blank bought a new ticket in order to fly.

E-ticket of IVAN BLANK : 216-[protected].

I paid 215 USD DOLLAR for the ticket.

I bought the ticket from travelgenio.com

Desired outcome: Please refund the money to our company, cause we have very big problems.Ivan Blank was our very important guest and this kind of issue made for us very big problems.
