Hydroxalize review: My refund

I watched the advertising for hydroxalize and thought I'd try this product out since they advertised a thirty day free trial. When I received it, it wasn't what I thought, it began irritating my skin and I discontinued using it. But when I went looking for the return label, there wasn't one in the package it came in. When I spoke to customer service, they practically yelled back and stated, " We pack a return label in every package we sell sir". I paid $8.00 to send it back and they hit my account twice, once for $3.00 and another for $69.95. I even sent back a small package of vitamins and charged me for them also. Now, I am waiting patiently to see if they do refund my money, since I sent their product back with proof of delivery. I'm not sure if I should take the loss and call this a lesson learned, or will they credit my bank.. Richie M
