HUUUGE Can't even post reviews... Used to love this game

This used to be a fun game, enjoyed the social aspect and challenges..Now wins are few and far between, odds of winning are so low it's no longer fun. They say it's the "algorithms" smh! Please programmers know how to change odds. The only way to keep playing is not by actually winning it's by purchasing chips using real money. Which I don't mind so...

HUUUGE Chips and tickets / not received

I purchased on March 24th at 11:14 pm a package that was supposed to have 146 or 147 million something in chips along with 5 silver tickets and faster time and bonuses. I didn't receive any thing. I contacted them through email and sent them a screenshot of my checking account where they took the money. They said I have to send them a receipt from Google...
