Dear Hush Puppies Customer Care,

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a pair of Hush Puppies shoes that I recently purchased in Egypt.

Shortly after using the shoes, I discovered that the dye from the shoes was bleeding and staining my socks, which indicates a product quality issue. I reported this problem to the local agent/distributor in Egypt within 14 days of purchase and requested an inspection and appropriate resolution.

However, my complaint has been rejected solely because I no longer have the original receipt. I find this response unreasonable, especially since the store has my purchase information and customer details recorded in its system, which should be sufficient to verify the transaction.

As a loyal customer, I expected Hush Puppies products to meet higher quality standards and for customer service to address legitimate quality concerns fairly. Instead, I have been left with a defective product and no meaningful support.
I respectfully request that Hush Puppies review this matter and instruct the local distributor to investigate my complaint and provide a refund.

If this matter is not resolved adequately, I will be forced to escalate my complaint through the relevant consumer protection authorities and other official channels.

Additionally, I will share my customer experience with my professional and personal network to raise awareness of the issue.

I hope we can resolve this matter amicably and maintain my confidence in the Hush Puppies brand.
