They are the worst to deal with. I started working with them, originally POPSHOWROOM back in 2020 on custom manufacturing clothing. We did a number of samples and was finally coming close to getting the product down so we can start bulk ordering. Towards the end of this the person I was in contact with introduced me to their new POD service HUGEPOD. I thought it was great because I had another clothing business I was working on that just needed print on demand services and not custom cut and sew. I did try them out and liked what I got, but as usual with POD companies, quality comes at a cost when you put quantity first. I tried teespring and printify and printful for ANOTHER business and you really need to be careful with how you wash, what detergent you use, how you dry, etc etc.

Back to POPSHOWROOM. So towards the end of figuring out the product, I ordered 3 samples. $200 each. Because I wanted to try out three different variations so I can pick the most sucessful and we move forward with that. Life started to get hectic with me going back to school, working full time, and a business (another lol) taking off with process and revenue. I put POPSHOWROOM on hold. Come 2022 (I was still talking to them for this long, My most recent sample from them was delivered beginning of 2022) I told them in September on whatsapp that I'm still with them and wanting to move forward. Life is just hectic but will reach out soon. Come 2023 is when I started to pull out my hair with them

They completely disbanded POPSHOWROOM. I had no idea, they didn't send any emails or messages about how I was supposed to continue my $600 with them. I reached out to them in April/May to resume my order and I had to contact HUGEPOD because the people on whatsapp weren't responding. ALL I got was the runaround from them. They couldn't find my order because the idiot customer service people were looking under HUGEPOD files instead of POPSHOWROOM. I eventually gave up and tried again the beginning of December 2023. I had to teach them that they were looking under the wrong business name and then they did find my order.

These bafoons kept asking me if I wanted to start bulk order and I had to tell them 100x that I DID NOT FINISH THE SAMPLE AS IT WAS NEVER STARTED (The $600 order). Then they kept telling me they were reaching out to some department. After 2 days I follow up. They would go 'we reached out to a department and found that you have samples made, do you want to start bulk order?' OMFFFFFFGGGGGGGGGG I had to keep telling these incompetent customer service reps to put me in contact with a project manager or manager in general to get my order going. There response 'we reached out to a department and found that you have samples made, do you want to start bulk order?'... Then they started to 'not' receive my emails. Thy would follow up a day later and say that since they haven't heard back from me that would be closing the matter. Although I've been following up with them... WTH

HUGEPOD/POPSHOWROOM has to be THE WORST [censored]ing experience I've ever come across. They know what they are doing. I am asking clear questions. They just playing with me.

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with HugePOD. I was scrolling through TikTok last November, and I came across an ad for a really cool Nike sweat suit. I was super excited to order it, so I clicked through to their website and made my purchase.

From there, things started to go downhill. I emailed their customer service ([protected]@mlinpro.com) a few times, asking when my order would arrive. Every time, they gave me a different excuse for the delay. Finally, after a few weeks, they provided me with a tracking number.

But even with that tracking number, my order still never arrived. It's now mid-March, and I'm pretty sure I've been scammed. Customer service has completely stopped responding to me, and I still don't have my sweat suit. It's frustrating and disappointing.

I'm contemplating filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I mean, I don't want to be a tattletale, but at this point, I feel like I need to do something. I just wish I had gotten my sweat suit.

This here company, let me tell you folks, is truly the pits. I done ordered some shirts from them HugePOD folk and boy did they mess up my whole order. And get this, they sent it again and somehow my package ended up worth a whoppin' $6,150! That's a lot of dough, let me tell ya. Now I got this big ol' bill from FedEx - $1,500 for customs and taxes and other such nonsense. I didn't even spend that much on the shirts to begin with! And you know what, these HugePOD guys ain't even tryin' to help me sort it out. Can you believe that? So let me save y'all some trouble - STAY AWAY FROM THESE FOLKS. They ain't worth your time or money, no sirree.

HugePOD has always done good for Happi Jack Cats, a dope cat rescue and adoption group. Even before they arrive in the mail, we know the shirts will be perfect without a doubt, and we have ordered from them many times. The printing quality is amazing - we have washed these shirts over and over again and they still look bomb! These people are pretty chill and easygoing, they're great to work with, and they answer our questions faster than Usain Bolt. HugePOD are our go-to homies for t-shirts, and they're totally recommended y'all.

So, I've been using HugePOD for about a year now, and I gotta say, they're pretty cheap. But, I've noticed that the print quality on their shirts and other merchandise has gone down quite a bit recently. And don't even get me started on their customer service - it's just plain awful.

I've had several orders from them that have been messed up in some way or another. One time, I placed an order for almost $500 worth of shirts for a student competition. But when the order arrived, some of the items were missing. I tried to contact customer service, but it took them days to respond. And when they finally did, they couldn't offer any explanation or compensation.

To make matters worse, the replacement items for the missing shirts didn't arrive until over three months later. By that time, the competition had already come and gone, so I didn't even need the shirts anymore. And did HugePOD offer any sort of apology or compensation for the inconvenience? Nope. Nada. Zilch.

All in all, I would say that HugePOD is definitely not the best choice for getting your printing done. Sure, they might be cheaper than some of the other options out there, but the decline in quality and the terrible customer service just aren't worth it, in my opinion. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy printing company, I would definitely suggest looking elsewhere.

I gotta say, HugePOD ain't the best eCommerce store out there. I ordered a bunch of jackets from them way back in October and I still got nothing to show for it. And get this - they ain't got no confirmation of my order! Now I know I ain't the sharpest tool in the shed, but when I sent 'em an email with my payment confirmation, I expected them to at least give me an update. But nope - no response, and they even went and ghosted me on WhatsApp! It's like they don't even care about their customers anymore. I even went and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but I still ain't got my money back. So if you're thinking of buying anything from HugePOD, just don't. They got too many salespeople and can't seem to keep track of their orders. Stay far away from these guys, ya hear?

So, I found this dope Nike jacket on Instagram, and I headed to hugepod.com to cop it. After the payment confirmation came in, I noticed something weird. The email was from (***@mlinpro.com) and not from the company (FASHION NORTH) that was supposed to ship the jacket. I began to doubt it was a scam, but I thought it was probably just a mistake.

I tried to get in touch with them, but the response was slow. They blamed it on the covid situation and promised my jacket would arrive soon. Time went by, and I started getting worried because my Nike jacket didn't arrive after three months. The tracking code they provided wasn't working either.

At this point, I know this website is a bogus one, and I advise you not to fall for their scams like I did. Don't purchase anything from hugepod.com.

I placed three orders with HugePOD for my customers way back in October. It is disappointing to mention that I am yet to receive any of the goods I ordered. I recently had a bad experience with HugePOD and wanted to share my review with others who might be considering ordering from them. So why were they telling me that I had placed the order with the wrong company? This is not how business should be done. It was hurtful and unprofessional.

My bank informed me that HugePOD is a rip-off company and advised against placing any orders with them. I wish I had read the reviews before I made the purchase, and I would advise you to do the same. I can't recommend this company to anyone, unless you want to lose your hard-earned money and not receive any products. HugePOD is one of the most dishonest companies I have ever worked with online, and it's not worth taking the risk. Avoid them at all costs!

I made an order on HugePOD back in January; I just wanted a T-shirt and a Hoodie to add to my collection. It wasn't anything complicated, just two items that I felt would fit perfectly into my wardrobe. However, things started to go south when I didn't receive my order in February. I decided to follow up and figure out what was going on. Someone reached out to me and told me that they were experiencing delays due to the Chinese New Year. I didn't mind waiting as everyone deserves a holiday, right?

But now it's already March 1st and my order status is still "In processing". I have not received any updates about production or if my items are even on their way.

To be frank, I cannot endure waiting any longer without any assurance that my goods are still being manufactured. I will initiate a dispute with my bank to get my money refunded if I don't hear anything from HugePOD anytime soon. Anyone looking for quick and timely deliveries should steer clear from this site.

However, I should take back what I said earlier because my products FINALLY arrived—but it took them two months to get to me. This turn of event now forces me to revise my review. I will change my rating from 1 star to a 3-star rating. Although I appreciate them sending my order, it is still unacceptable to wait for this long. Maybe a higher quality of customer care and support is necessary at HugePOD.

All in all, if you do decide to order from them, be ready to poke and prod them to get your order shipped.

Ugh, I'm so upset about HugePOD. I was really excited to order from them but it turned out to be a nightmare. It took forever to even get my order shipped - like, three whole weeks. And don't even get me started on customer service. I reached out to them because I still hadn't gotten my order after two more weeks and they were absolutely no help. I waited another couple of weeks and finally checked the tracking information, only to see that my package had been returned to the sender! I was so frustrated, especially after customer service tried to say I had received the items (which I obviously hadn't). I showed them the tracking screenshot but they just said "we'll follow up" and never did! I kept asking for a refund but they just kept making excuses. It's now January 2022 and I still haven't gotten anything. This is just ridiculous. Thank goodness my bank is helping me sort out a refund because this company is just awful. I definitely wouldn't recommend ordering from HugePOD - save yourself the headache.

I ain't gonna lie, I had a pretty rough experience with HugePOD. I decided to drop four C-notes on some items, and lo and behold, half of them were straight up broken or messed up when they arrived. And don't even get me started on the customer service. Ain't nobody pickin' up the phone over there - just some dang robot talkin' in my ear.

So, I thought I would give HugePOD a try and ordered 3 shirts on January 4th. It's been 24 days and my order is still sitting in processing mode. Frustrating! I was really excited because this was my first purchase from them and I was hoping for a great experience. Sadly, that's not the case so far.

Something else that bothers me about HugePOD is that apparently everyone has access to the designs you upload. That's a bit concerning. I mean, what's the point of having custom designs if anyone can take them?

Yo, so I was checking out HugePOD (hugepod.com) and gotta say, I was pretty impressed. I ordered a couple of jackets (you know I gotta stay fresh) and lemme tell you, they did not disappoint. The shipping was quick and the jackets were legit.

But here's the thing, I saw some talk about Fashion North Wholesale going under and I got real worried. I mean, what if HugePOD was in trouble too? So I tried emailing and calling them just to check, but I haven't heard anything back yet.

Me and my buds thought we'd check out HugePOD 'cause we're always down for some fresh new threads. I ended up snaggin' two tees that were advertised to be made of 100% cotton. But when they arrived, I gotta say, I wasn't impressed. They had this weird, slick feel to 'em that was almost clammy to the touch. Didn't feel like cotton at all, more like some kinda low-rent polyester. Not only that, but the designs on the tees were an absolute mess. I don't know how they could claim these things were high-quality, 'cause the cuts were super uneven and the prints were just sad.

So, of course, I hit 'em up to ask for a refund. But they shot me down fast, like, "Sorry, dude, no dice." And now I'm out $34 bones, with two tees that I wouldn't wear to wash my car. I don't know if I'd trust HugePOD again after this bum experience. Livin' and learnin', I guess.
