Ordered 2 beach chairs costing $49.98 and was sent pillow cases. This is their response email.

As to this situation, we would like to show our sincere apology to you. We have confirmed with our warehouse staffs. The reason we shipped another product to you is that the product you purchased is out of stock.
In order not to keep you waiting for a long time, they directly sent you a similar one without informing us. So we are unable to get a confirmation from you.
As the product can be used normally, could I suggest that we issue a partial refund of 8USD to you as a compensation and you don't need to return the product to us which will save your money and time?

I do not need any other product to replace the chairs i need my money back if you cannot replace the chairs.the $8USA that you mentione as a rebate it does not cover the value od the 2 chairs i have already paid by credit card on 4 October 2021.
