Hubert Sports review: air force ones

I ordered shoes on July 20. They were too big so we went in store with receipt and reordered a smaller size in the store in Lawton, OK. The manager Ryan was the one who took my information and I verified where the shoes would be shipped. He submitted the wrong address and sent them to someone in Georgia. When I called the store to tell them what happened he replied " I hope you can take care of that"So I called customer service and was told they would send me the shoes and they did not call or send me a email although someone said they did. My order was unfillable but no one informed me. No email no phone call. After speaking to several people I still did not get my shoes for my daughters 1 st day of school Friday. Please do not buy shoes from this place. It was a clusterfuck all the way around. I am so angry right now... Please do not buy shoes from them. My child is devastated. Just an unprofessional process all the way around.
