seeds-gallery.shop review: these belong in a museum! 1

Hi,
Bought some seeds from this shop. Admittedly these are not the easiest to grow: issai kiwis, black pepper and a saffron bulb. Everything came wrapped in plastic resealable pouches, with minimal labels reading names and nothing else. They looked old and dry but I gave it a try anyway. Exactly nothing happened. I wrote to the seller to let them know and they did not even acknowledge.
As far as location is concerned the order reads Austria (period, no address), the address on the site looks made up and the envelope came from Croatia. On retrospect I should consider myself lucky to have received anything.
Legal notice and information on the site is scarce. They do very boldly state however: "the most important is that when germination is concerned our seeds have 99.99% success".
I suspect these people may be very amateurish, possibly on the crook side.
