I am writing this review to warn others about my experience with Inandon USA and their karaoke system. What started as an exciting purchase turned into a very frustrating and expensive mistake.

When I received the complete system, I immediately noticed that the speaker was not working properly. I contacted the company expecting support or a refund, but they refused to refund me and instead pushed me to upgrade to a more expensive speaker. Because the karaoke machine cannot be used without a working speaker, I felt forced to spend an additional $1,200 just to make the system usable.

Even after upgrading, the overall build quality is very poor. The machine feels cheaply made and continues to have ongoing sound issues. It is clear that the hardware is not built to last or perform at the level they advertise.

To make matters worse, they require you to sign up for a membership to maintain access to songs. If you do not subscribe, songs you previously downloaded can be removed. This was never clearly disclosed upfront. The membership is about $88 per year, and I was pushed into paying roughly $250 for a multi year plan just to avoid losing functionality. Without the membership, the system becomes nearly useless.

In total, I have spent around $3,000 and feel completely misled. Communication has been very poor, and when I reach out now, they do not respond. They told me they would never remove my songs, but that promise was not kept.

My experience has been extremely disappointing. I strongly caution anyone considering this company to do thorough research before buying. Based on what I went through, I would not recommend this product or this company.
