Purchased a wig and it was too small. Sent for a return and exchange for a larger size. Ask for an RA#. They sent an email but the email was not clear with their instructions so I emailed them back to ask questions about the RA#. They sent the same email so I called to ask a person instead of emailing When they did answer the phone the woman acted like she didn't have time to deal with me. I had another question about the return because they were soooo specific about how it was to be returned or they would not except it and I got an email that said because I had sent so many emails anymore would be sent to spam. How rude! A company who does this is never going to see another penny from me. These people are out for money only. Don't shop at this place online. Horrible customer service.

Company does not reply to emails or calls and attempts to force defective merchandise on consumers. They sneakily sent me a used wig that God knows who has worn prior!
