Elaine Kinnunen at H&R Block
1681 Benzie Hwy, Benzonia, MI 49616

She has done our taxes for many years and we have been very satisfied with her work we are however on fixed incomes and were shocked at the charge this year for her service
Our tax fees from H&R Block where $293.50
Outrageous!
We have a rental home and I guess that is why it cost us three times the cost of last years tax preparation
I was asked if I wanted to recommend a friend for these services but I really don't see that ever happening at these prices--I should actually put this complaint on my Facebook page to warn other people of the cost of dealing with H&R Block
I would be ashamed to say what we were charged
Then they are offering a half off to people that come to them from another tax preparation service--well what about your loyal customers?
I would like to have my preparation refunded for half what we paid
Shameful to take so much money from retired people
