I had purchased a HP Pavilion notebook (model no. 5200TX) on 31st july and according to the student's offer I was supposed to register online and submit some documents at HP redemption cell Nehru Place New Delhi to claim for a free gift i.e an apple ipod according to the offer.
But I haven't received the gift yet as it has been more than 6 weeks now (it was promised to be delivered within 6 weeks). HP cheating customers.
The complaint is relevant. I too have submitted a redemption claim for HP PSC F380 with serial no. CN67AGK2JY via courier dated 30th Oct 2006 to redemption cell in Nehru Place, N. Delhi. But till date, no USB Pen Drive is received. It seems to be a poor service by HP which claims to be a global brand, but has in fact failed to keep its promise and unable to keep pace in the market. I am would suggest my friends and company not to deal with HP since it seems to be a tout.

Yes even this happens to me. I bought dv66314tx on 9th of July but still i didn't get the ipod. I have full papers with me about my purchase and sending. I can file a case on hp under civil penalty code of India.

I too bought a compaq presario V3000 series laptop, for which i was supposed to receive a headphone and on web cam after copleting all the formalities and the redemption code being OB374KZSTE.
After receiving all the documents and the D.D,i expected the redemtion cell to deliver the goods within 20 days as promised, but i am waiting since 110 days without any response. i have spent more money on phone scanning the documents i.e., invoice copies and the required documents which were repeatedly asked by the redemption cell because of their careless maintainance.
I am taking a severe action against the HP Redemption cell if i dont get any response by this weekend, for cheating the customers in this manner, so that there will be no trouble for the customers in future..

This is to bring to your kind attention that, i have been continously compalaining about the missing webcam and the headset in the package delivered to me as a free gift on purchase of Hp laptop with serial no. I have lodged the complaint about this at the Delhi office . I have spoken to the customer care executive Mr.Varun and Mr.Raj and Mr. A.Singh regarding the same from last december 21/ 2007. Lastly they said they will be delivering a new package, but three weeks have passed since then and no webcam and headset has arrived. Moreover, there is no proper authorirty to whom i can lodge my complaint.I have put the same complaint to the local postofiice also, but they said as the seal of the package was not tampered, they canot help me.
I request you to kindly treat this as urgent and respond.
