i bought hp pavilion dv4-1133tx notebookand i ve posted all necessary documents to the redemption cell along with a dd of rs990/- on 4th december 2008...i havnt even got an acknowledgement from the redemption care abt the status...all my attempts to contact them were futile.this shows their commitment towards customers queries.

I agree to the grievance of the above consumers. I am facing the same thing now. I bought a HP laptop and was promised a home theatre as a gift. I had sent a DD of requisite amount and received a confirmation from the redemption cell that the free gift would be received within 6 weeks. It is the 8th week now, no news of the gift. HP cheating customers.
